Both my children attend Willowbrae. Great curriculum. Overall a great childcare facility.

My son has been attending their preschool program for about 2 months. Everything is so transparent there, you know all the details about you child's day. He has very responsible and caring teachers and the management team always welcome you if you have any questions or concerns. They serve healthy food and their educational program is really amazing. My company picks up the recycling from the building that this childcare facility is located in. I often arrive while the kids are out on a walk & I'd like to offer my appreciation for how much effort the staff put towards keeping the kids safe when I'm on site.While it makes my day to hear them chant 'garbage-truck' when I wave the most important thing is that the staff are always on the lookout & keep the groups organized & at a safe distance.Just a quick kudos & thank you!

The best daycare in Richmond! While I haven't used any others, every other parent I've talked to regarding their daycare has many bad things to say that I've never experienced myself or even close to here. My kid absolutely loves it here and the staff runs everything really well and professionally.

A wonderful program with wonderful teachers. Our daughter enjoyed and learned for 2 years here. They offer warm lunch and have surveillance cameras that you can watch live. Very safe, Covid conscious and friendly with children and parents. The communication with our teachers and the director was really good. The best part is that they customize everything. When my daughter was really small she was the only child having 2 naps in her classroom. The daycare made this possible.It's a great place where children thrive.

Our 2.5 year old i’ve been coming here for half a year now and we can’t be more than happy. Our sons classroom have a parents group that are very supportive and they set up birthdays and other outing so the kids can be involved not only in daycare but outside the school as well. But more importantly the teachers are so much invested with the children that it makes you feel safe and secure every single time we drop them off. Especially with their fingerprint access parents can sure no one else comes in the school. Now that our son is speaking more he always talks about going to daycare and talks about his friends he can’t wait to see. Ask for Laurie the Director or Peggy the Assistant Director and they will take care of your needs amazing people to deal with!!! I’ll always recommend the school.

My kid has been attending Willowbrae since Jan 2021 and they love it here! The teachers are all super attentive and genuinely care about their wellbeing. I can see that they have developed a good relationship with the teachers because they run into their arms at drop off. The meals are great and well rounded - they eat much better at daycare than at home for sure! They take good care of the children - applying sun screen, putting hats on, jackets when cold, rain gear when wet, etc. I love the daily report because it allows me to see how my kid did that day - if they ate well, any accidents, how long they napped, and what types of activities they did that day. When I miss my kid, I would turn on the classroom camera to take a peek and see what the kids are doing. It's really nice to be able to see because as a first time mom, it was hard for me to leave my kid in someone else's care, but Willowbrae does an amazing job caring for my kiddo! I don't have any concerns when I leave my kid here for the day because I know they are going to have a fun day!

My son started attending Willowbrae right after my maternity leave ended (he was 12 months) back in Feb 2021 and we loved it. The teachers are so caring and everything is well organized. What I loved the most was to see my son's progress in every single area of his development.
