One of the cheapest units I could find in the area which was great. Only downside was an infestation of stink bugs throughout the summer which got into all my boxes.Also found rodent poo all over the floor of the unit when I was leaving.

Good Storage Facility. Various Sizing To Meet Anyone's Storage Needs With Competitive Pricing. The Facility Does Not Have 24x7 Access But Overall, Good/Decent Access Hours.

I've have been a consumer at Dartnall Mini Storage for a few years now, and have always found the staff courteous and helpful when required. The grounds are always impeccably clean and maintained. I highly recommend this complex for your storage needs

People move their stuff to storage for peace of mind. So don't use Dartnall storage. I've had nothing but problems. My lock was supposedly put on wrong, and stuff was stolen. Here's the problem with that. First of all I always take someone with me. So I had 2 witness that seen me lock my unit and double check it. Then I had a personal problem and forgot a payment. This caused them to immediately pit a lock on my door. I don't have a problem with that. I made my payment and all was s well. Or so I thought. Then I get a phone call claiming that my unit hadn't been secured properly. I'm not sure how they can put a secure lock on my unit in April, but it take them until July to tell me my lock wasn't secure. Wouldn't they have noticed that in May when I made my full payment, and they removed my lock? How does it take them another 2 months to notify me about this mistake, and how did they even know my unit was open 2 months after they removed their security lock? Now I'm having payment problems. July 7, 2018 I made my payment, called Dartnall and told them the payment was in. They received my payment on the 10th, yet on the 14th they send me a notice saying I wasn't paid. That was quickly sorted out, and the late fee was removed from my account. Now I'm left with the stress of finding yet another storage unit. The problem with that is, now how do I trust another unit. All my gold, and valuable books were stolen. They didn't take everything, just things of value. Please explain how a storage unit that supposedly has an alarm, can be broken into without the alarm going off. Please explain how a storage facility can attach their own security lock, and not know that the door isn't secured properly? If i worked at a storage facility I would be able to look at a door and know immediately that it wasn't locked properly.I know why all this is happening to ME" only

Horrible experience back in 2016. I arrived at my locker with movers to collect my possessions and transport them to my new home. Everything I owned was covered in mouse/rat feces, as well as carcasses of dead rats and insect species I'd never seen before. My couch was completely destroyed (chewed/stained/covered in feces) and needed to be thrown out. Movers advised me NOT TO GO IN the unit without gloves and masks - they were as shocked as I was at the condition of the insides. I hadn't visited the locker during the winter and what I returned to upon moving day was appalling. I called and asked for a refund but the representative I spoke with advised me that there's no guarantee vermin won't enter the units and that's the risk that you take when you put your belongings in storage... long story short, DO NOT store your stuff here unless you like rats and replacing the majority of your lifelong possessions.

Only been there for a few months. The staff is rude and freaks out when you ask questions. They disconnect the lights so you're in the dark and raised the rent. All the information on the website is incorrect. Half the time you go there during business hours the office is locked and no one around. Not to mention the gate works when it wants to. Had it open half way stop and close then not accept my code.

Best facility in the city. Clean and staff is friendly. Have seen other tenants not close units properly and I shake my head. Door coming down and putting on lock is not enough. Slide bolt must be slid over once the door is down to keep door secure. Highly recommend.

We used Dartnall Mini Storage during our home renovation and have absolutely no complaints. The staff are friendly and helpful, while the units themselves are clean and dry.They also warn you in advance not to store food or anything that may attract mice which shows me that they do take those reports very seriously.

Well I moved out of the house I was renting and I had 3 couches in a unit. Took me some time to find a new place so when I did I had everything in my storage unit. So I went into my storage unit to find mouse feces all over the couches. They basically told me tough luck and move on. I paid 160$ a month so I didn't have to buy all new furniture but it didn't matter in the end. They also said that the bait the unit and the outside of the unit which when I looked inside there was no traps and the outside they had 1 about 15 units down. If you are looking to store furniture this facility is not reliable.
