I have been working with Olexander for more than 7 years. Have three cars to renew the registration every year. Olexander is very knowledgeable, and he gives better options compare to the other insurance agents (OpenRoad Toyota or Brown Bros Ford). Highly recommend him, very happy with their service!

Just renewed my ICBC insurance here. Vicky who helped me there has absolutely off-the-hook customer-service skills. She was meticulous in exploring every method that could save me money, as she processed the documents. Beyond this, I dashed out the door to renew my policy when I got home from work and found the notice to renew, and I forgot my wallet after I had quickly gotten changed. Incredibly, Vicky was able come up with some creative solutions to get around my bone-headedness, and we were able complete the process in spite of my negligence. Truly awesome, and some of the best customer-service I`ve ever had in my life.

I purchased home insurance from Olexander Polishchuk. He assured me I was covered for floods. When my house was flooded in November 2021, he was one of the first people I talked to inquiring about my coverage. He assured me I had flood coverage. After he sent out an adjuster who confirmed total loss of my belongings I was informed I actually didn’t have any flood coverage because I was living in a flood plain. To say I’m disappointed doesn’t come close to expressing how I feel. I lost everything and Olexander had the nerve to be disrespectful and rude to me as soon as I called him on his lies. Do NOT do business with him.

I ended up here by chance as it was the closest broker around the area where I was buying a used car. I dealt with Olexander, he was very friendly and explained to me all the different possibilities. The process of registering the car and getting an insurance was super smooth, and he didn't push me at any point to get extras or anything. Was a great service, totally recommend
