Do not trust these people. It's all a scam. The people are nice, yes. But trust me, it's all about your WALLET. I, in a single day, after being ripped off by these A-holes, contacted THREE OTHER LOCAL VETS, that are also gobsmacked that a vet that REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE CLIENT would have the effing nerve to charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Will never use this vet. Just witnessed someone get overcharged for a simple follow up, with what I see as made up charges. You should be ashamed to call yourself a clinic, you’re extortionists at best.

I'm still seething over the fact that this vet made an appointment with ME. I DIDN'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENT. Yet I'm still charged $170 for the visit. Absolute thieves. I will never give up making sure people know this. Mia says don't spend it all in one place"."

Absolute thieves. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this vet. They are in the business of seriously overcharging and performing checks that weren't requested or required. Allow me to explain. 2 weeks ago, I spent near $400 on a simple vitals check and to check for an ear infection. My cat did in fact have an ear infection, which she had medicated drops for. The vet REQUESTED to see the cats ears as a follow-up 2 weeks later. That was today. I went in under the expectation that viewing the ears to see if the medication worked properly was INCLUDED IN THE PREVIOUS CHARGE. Then they proceed with whole vital check again, and look at the ears. All cleared. That'll be another $170 !! Like what the heck!?! $170 to look at an ear. Mia WILL NOT BE RETURNING, you've lost a client today.

I'm posting in support of a fellow pet friend of mine, Mia. She tells me her family was decieved into paying more than they should have since the visit was at the vets request. So if someone invited you for dinner and then charged you, that's cool? Probably not. This is bad business and I encourage everyone who reads this to share this review! It actually blows my mind..

We recently moved to Burlington and needed our dog’s special diet food… unfortunately, they didn’t have it in stock, but they sent us to a bigger clinic where they were certain they’d have it. The receptionists were so friendly and I really appreciated them referring us someplace else instead of trying to make a sale and order it in making us wait. As a result of their friendliness and professionalism we decided to use them as our vet when we got our puppy. Everyone we’ve met so far has been incredibly kind and friendly. Sometimes vets can be harsh and cold, but we find every visit to be pleasant and they’re never in a hurry or too busy to answer any questions you have. We look forward to having them care for our Clifford and thank them for all they’ve done so far!

This vet will steal at any opportunity. They make an appointment with ME, I take the DAY OFF, and then they CHARGE ME $170 for showing up?!?! TO BE CLEAR, I DIDN'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENT!This will never end until you make it right. this is no joke.

I'm reviewing in support of a fellow pet friend Mia, who's family was recently ripped off from this clinic. For the vet to request a return visit, and then charge for that request is absurd. I'm sorry, but I have to agree that I wouldn't recommend this vet. It sounds like money is more important than actual care.

Excellent place to take your pet. Vets there are attentive explain thoroughly and follow up after visit. Just disappointing that the seniors discount is ending April. 1/23. Seniors on fixed incomes like myself will really miss that.

The team at Askey is amazing. I’ve been bringing my bengals to them for over ten years. The level of care they provide my cats is unmatched. They are kind, compassionate, and gentle with my senior boys. Highly recommend.
