I had a terrible experience with this shipping company. Extremely bad communication and ZERO professionalism. It took them over 2 months to give me back the extra money ($300+) I paid because of their incorrect invoicing and their best excuse was “the refund has to go through an approval process”. I confirmed my address over 5 times and they still sent the first cheque to the wrong address. With delivery of my container I had over 45 emails back and forth with them asking me the same question and me giving the same answer. They didn’t even give my information to the shipping company that delivers the container and the delivery person had only my email so by the time I saw his message saying he arrived it was too late and he left. Then again I had to send my phone number 3 times for them to acknowledge it and provide it to the driver. They were even going to charge me for a dead run blaming me for not providing them with the information needed which was obviously provided with the order from before the shipment left the bay in the originating country, otherwise the process could not be completed. This is only half the story. I am glad I am done with this company, never dealing with them again, save your money and go to company that is run by people that know what they are doing.

In a sea of pathetic couriers, these guys certainly take the cake. Just watched one of their drivers throw a box marked fragile at least 20 feet. They must go out of their way to hire the most pure trash. The fact that they make it impossible to communicate with them suggests that they accept their place at the bottom.
