Without question the service at Stouffville Hyundai is the best I've had at any dealer over 50 years of driving. All of the employees are pleasant and really seem to enjoy working with customers. The Service Manager, Nelson, is warm, confident and great with his staff. You can tell they work together as a strong team.Thank you for the great service, Stouffville Hyundai!

Richard was a great sales person I would highly recommend him if he’s in, he made my purchase after going to 7 dealers to find the price and comfort I was looking for possible, he’s earned my loyalty and I will be shopping again when I need another vehicle and the sales manager Phil was also amazing and easy going, and is personal with you as well which is unheard of loved my experience got a 2020 Elentra and I know I’ll be happy with it thanks guys! Edit: got another car from them this time a 2023 and am loving this car as well and another great experience all and all

Dan was incredibly helpful when it came to helping me pick my first brand new car! Through the entire process he was a pleasure to work with and made me feel so comfortable and never pressured me to make a rash decision. I factory ordered my car and waited a few months but it did come in many months earlier than originally planned. Steen in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made me feel totally confident going into such a big purchase.Unfortunately my car was a total loss after only 8 days BUT one of the main reasons I wanted this car was because of how fantastic the safety ratings were. The driver escaped with minor bruises and I can confidently say I made the right decision by choosing the Hyundai Kona (even though i didn't get to love it for very long).If you are looking for a new car I couldn't recommend Dan, Stouffville Hyundai, or the Kona more!!

Class acts! Was recommended to their service department from a friend. Even though I was having my parents old Grand Am looked at, their advisor, Darren had no issues taking the car. Absolutely thorough and honest assessment, it helped having the mechanic walk me through the vehicle and what work needed to be done, and why. Extremely honest and accommodating, 100% would recommend.

He is an absolute joy to deal with, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, very personable and friendly and makes you feel right at home. Brad, the GM, is another gem! He bends over backyards to ensure you are happy with your trade-in value, and with every other aspect of your new purchase. He immediately makes you feel right at home. Our car was recalled for brake line issues and we initially went to a different dealership where we were waiting for over 2 weeks and still no words about when we can come in for replacement. Whereas stoufville Hyundai acted promptly to replace the brake lines and gave us a loaner car in the meanwhile. Very friendly staff, great service. Highly recommend!

Best dealership in Canada. PERIOD. im saying this because i went to many dealerships to buy a brand new car and only this location did the best. DIANA, our sales person gave a thorough introduction about the car, showed everything and was really nice. She was a big help in getting everything done smoothly. I also want to thank Michael, the finance person, he did a great job explaining all the details. His explanations were easy to understand and he stops when we say we dont want that feature. So no one was pushy or trying to add anything extra into ur account. Again Thank you so much both of you.. You made our first car shopping a much better experience.I defently recommend this dealership to everyone. And even though i live in Toronto, and theres more closer hyundai dealerships, i will ONLY COME HERE!!.

Overall a great experience! Our sales consultant Richard, sales manager Phil and the rest of the team are great to deal with and have collectively provided excellent services from day 1. They went extra length to address a factory related issue and made sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend this dealership!

In one line: “It was disaster and disappointing experience. Wasted my time, money and energy 100%”Here you want to read in detail:1. I booked service C after confirming all the deliverables, when I collected my car I foundTires were not rotated (I always mark my wheels), this is one of the major things, how can you miss this!!!!Not sure if oil is changed even (I have no way to verify) because what I found is hinges and latches were not lubricated (this is again part of the service), immediately I took picture of dry hinges and latches and sent to the advisorTire pressure was not checked and marked. Checking all the hoses and connection etc No remarks on the reportI was told that radiator is leaking, I have not seen picture or technician comment from where it is leaking like, leaking from coolant tank, at joints, or damage in radiator etc. Where is the problem?2. I asked to change viper arm – part of recall (Not sure if it is done as it seems same vipers) pls show me what changes you have made at least3. I also booked repair appointment for my windshield crack and requested for loaner car. However, waited for 10 days and loaner couldn’t get arranged so had to rent a car from my insurance. After changing the windshield, kept the rear mirror assembly cover open. Upon checking and reporting, they fixed it.4. I tried updating navigation firmware at least 7 times with different pen drives, different ways but its not happening. Shouldn't it be Hyudai's responsibility to help me with that? I reported the same to my service advisor but I was told its chargeable for $60! surprising! I am okay to do it myself but if there is bug or something, someone needs to check and invoice the company not to the customer please.If I need to check every minute thing, what is the point having advisor who can make sure everything is done and delivered to the customer properly.Hope time spent on writing this constructive feedback could help you elevate customer experience. We were looking for hybrid vehicle and we went to Stouffville Hyundai last year. Diana recommended plug-in hybrid to us. We recently purchased and we had a great experience. It took a long time to buy a car, but the service was so good. Diana Zare was helpful, friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend this dealership!
