The Clever Barkeep

I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity to have a few cocktails from both Matt and Jeff over the last few months. Each and every cocktail is made with precision, finesse, and a graceful smile. I am always happy to see these guys behind the bar when I walk into an establishment because I know I'm going to enjoy whatever is being served. These two are bar none to any service in the Maritimes... and probably from coast-to-coast in Canada. With their extensive knowledge of the products they serve, it is always a treat to see why they infuse different flavours with each other. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any social event (wedding, etc) including corporate events. Matt and Jeff are both stand up gentlemen who aim to please their customers' requests at every turn.

We hired The Clever Barkeep to provide bar services at our non-profit fundraiser this weekend. They helped us customize our services leading up to the event and their day-of service was FABULOUS! Several guests remarked on the speed of the bar service and the quality of the evening's signature cocktails. The staff were exceptional and attentive - I was greeted by name every time I went up to the bar. They really added to the vibe of our event. We asked The Clever Barkeep to host a whiskey tasting as part of a bachelor party, here in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered and we all left more wise about whiskey. Matt was a great sport and really contributed to the party being a successful night. Definitely suggesting these guys for future events.
