Karin deserves more than 5 stars. This is my first experience with loosing a pet so despite it being an extremely tough time for me, Karin made it much easier with her kindness and sympathy. I knew I was leaving my fury friend in good hands. Highly recommend!

My biggest worry for a month was being able to honor my BunBun. On April 30th Karin helped me fulfill those obligations. She has lifted a great burden off my shoulders. My sweet little girl can now rest in true peace. She showed me the full process from beginning to end, putting all worries behind. My BunBun was in the best hands I could ever imagine. Thank you Karin from the bottom of my heart. BunBun is raining down kisses on you.

We have used Halo twice now and i cannot say enough about the excellent service. The first time i ever used Halo was when my dog Bandit passed on mothers day 2018 so not knowing what to do i called late in the day and only got an answering machine so I left a message expecting a call the next day but a short time later Karen called. She said that she could come pick up Bandit if i liked but i chose to drive the 30 minutes to Halo and was greeted with such compassion. our cat Lucy passed while Karen was on holiday so i arranged with a local vet to hold Lucy untill she could be creamated. Karen even brought her ashes back to me at my work and accepted an e-transfer after all was said and done trusting that i would even do it. now it looks like its time for her services again real soon as my 17 year old dog Cloe may need to be put down. so because of her excellent service i will always recommend Halo to everyone

Your pet is treated with the dignity they deserve . I am a very hard person to impress when it comes from the heart but Halo Pet Cremation won mine .Thank you

I cannot say enough good about Karin and her company. I have never had to cremate a pet before and Karin was so kind and thoughtful in how she handled every detail. Honestly losing our dog sent us into a mild depression for a few days. Karin handled all the details of his passing and provided us with a beautiful keepsake that brings joy to our eyes whenever we look at it. I'm so thankful to Halo and all they did, this made this process so much for painless. THANK YOU!!!! I would give you 100 stars if I could.

Karin at Halo was amazing! Great communication and customer service, as well as products to help us make a memorial for our furry family member. We will certainly use again when the time comes in the future for Jim's brother. Thanks again, Karin! :) RIP Jim.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5 on Google. I would do that. Halo helped us with the aftercare and cremation of our little dog Molly, our baby for 17.5 years. The process in making the decision to put her down was excruciating. We know we made the right decision, but it wasn't easy. Karin at Halo came to our home and picked Molly up. I don't think we would have been able to take her to Halo ourselves for the tears. Karin was so respectful, kind and empathetic. I highly recommend Halo!
