These receptionist are so mean they play around and never answer the phone ,every time I call and I will be waiting for an hour so I can leave a massage to my family doctor I don’t know why and what theses receptionist do ?? Every time you call you have to wait for an hour so they can answer !! Never call lunch time . Idiots

This is the best health clinic I have ever joined. The front desk people are kind and helpful, our doctor (Dr. Coulson) is a fantastic doctor and often will see us quickly when there is an urgent need, and all the support staff are..well very supportive :)

I am really grateful for this clinic. Everyone I have come into contact with there (reception, nurses, doctor and other professionals) in the 5 years I've had Dr.Coulson as my doctor has been helpful and respectful. It's an excellent place for someone without health insurance. I've been able to see a dietitian, a counsellor and an occupational therapist, all under OHIP. If you get in with Hespeler Medical Clinic, know that you are very lucky!

Dr. Ahimbisibwe delivered our third child via C Section my OB was not in surgery that day. He is absolutely one of the best specialists I have met. Very caring, personable and has an incredible bedside manner. He is clearly very skilled in what he does. Truly knowledgeable. The surgery and birth was flawless and his follow up was thorough. I can't speak for his receptionists, but he himself is one of the best. Thank you for the great experience!

Dr. Ahimbisibwe is an excellent physician (Ob-Gyn). He explained everything about my surgery clearly and with honesty. He listens to his patient's needs and helps with fears/anxiety. The incision was perfect and he did what was necessary and no more.

I had to give a 1 star unfortunately for Dr.Asa who's an amazing Doctor. His receptionist on the other hand is a piece of work, I am a complex case and prior to any surgery I ever have I need iron and/or blood transfusions prior to surgery or they won't put me under. Dr.Asa is amazing himself and I'm confident in his skills it's his secretary that's the incompetent one, I got my hysterectomy date for December 5th and I quickly got to work organized time off work, I had my mother and friends book their vacation time for my surgery date. Lined up child care for my two young children, did my pre-OP and the anesthesiologist had rearranging her schedule so that she was in the OR with me during my surgery and I got a phone call saying that she won't put me under until I have a min of 5 iron transfusions, she had called and informed me of this and that Dr.Asa's receptionist would call and set it up. Fast forward to November 15th when I called the office to follow up on my iron transfusions dates and left a voice mail about it, the weekend passed and were into the afternoon of Monday November 18th with out hearing a single thing so once again I called and this time I got his receptionist and she proceeded to inform me that they hadn't heard from the hospital about my iron transfusions and being that this is routine for me before surgery I can say for once that CMH doesn't drop the ball and my transfusions are always booked with out any issues, and I explained this to dr.asa receptionist,And I proceeded to tell her we still had two and a half weeks to surgery and I begged her not to take away my surgery that they might still have time to get the transfusions done in time. The receptionist then tells me No

receptionist never answers the phone you call anytime of the day and no answer call at 9am,noon,1pm,3pm on ANY given day no answer, leave VM no answer, didn't even call regarding my 25 week pregnancy report which said i was at high risk due to a number of reasons no call no follow up thank god i was seeing another dr as well and the other dr likely saved my babies life. i would avoid this place.

Dr.Siddall and her staff are wonderful. They are always attentive, caring and on time. They take excellent care of myself and my son.
