Growing up with latex mattress back from my home country, I couldn't stand spring mattress, which is very popular in Canada. Finally, I found this latex mattress from Naturelle, 6 in thich with medium firm. It is more comfortable for a side sleeperlike me; and it is even better than the one I shipped from my country Vietnam. I absolutely will recommend this latex mattress company to my family member so they will buy for their kid. And I will also upgrade all to latex mattresses because sleeping is a best recovery after long hard working days.

An affordable eco-friendly option for a kids mattress. From order to shipping probably took two weeks. It’s one of the few Canadian options for affordable green beds I could find.Viewing and purchasing is a bit tricky to figure out. Their website is so confusing! The company is in Ontario, the Vancouver location is actually for their Dealer, Greenworks. They have a few mattresses in their showroom check out. You can buy from Greenworks (same price as internet apparently) and pickup from the store. Or you can buy directly from the website (you have to call in your credit card) and have it delivered to you. Also, the website will tell you the sale is ending soon, but in my case, the sale just renewed at the same price (though you never know with inflation these days).Mattress arrived rolled up and what a delight there was no offgassing to deal with!Note that the mattress covers you see in the showroom (side loading) won’t be the same as what you get (bottom loading). I was disappointed by this but apparently bottom loading is the better design and the materials are better. I wasn’t thrilled with the durability of the base material, but there’s a two year warranty so that’s nice.The bed itself is really nice to sleep on, a bit like sleeping on firm jello. I was advised to get medium firm instead of firm, but I think firm would have been ok too. Feels pretty cool, though we haven’t gone through the heat of summer with it yet. I got the 5” eco and a 175lbs person definitely can’t feel the wooden slats underneath.Customer service has been great.

First off, John and the team at Naturelle are absolutely wonderful! I had, well, a lot of questions.. And all were answered with helpful information and lots of patience. As far as the bed goes, we’re only three days in, and I can tell it’s made to last.Arrived in good condition. Very pleased to say the mattress has absolutely no odour. It is definitely on the firmer side, even with the topper. We already had a 2” latex topper in soft, so we went with a 6” firm king sized mattress. They even made us a custom 8” case to accommodate our topper.Depending on how it breaks in, we might be adding another 2” of soft in the future. But I am overall very happy with our purchase.And second, the 72 hour sale price seems to be the everyday price. I monitored it for months before buying, it never noticed it change.So don’t feel the pressure to buy, buy when you’re ready.But you’ll be SOO happy when you do.

We have been buying mattresses from Naturelle for our kids and family for the last ten years. They are ALWAYS beautiful and very high quality. I also prefer Dunlop Latex over Talalay, which is what they offer. This order I am also purchasing the waterproof mattress protector for my son's room. We bought our first ever latex mattress from Naturelle over a month ago. My husband and I are both stomach sleepers, so we went for a firm one and boy are we happy with this decision! We love the firmness, and have noticed that our sleep has improved considerably. What a great purchase!The delivery was a bit too long, but the delivery company was very professional and had good customer service.The mattress is very heavy, indeed, so make sure you have help if you need to move it upstairs.

Back home, beds were simple - 4-6 inches of firm foam on top of a wooden frame and we found this comfortable as back sleepers. We were looking for the same type of mattress when it was time to retire our spring mattress and read about latex mattresses. On review of highly recommended mattress suppliers in this category, Naturelle came on top. As other reviewers have commented, the package arrives in a condensed roll and is very heavy. The delivery staff were kind enough to bring the package to our unit with their dolly. Setup was easy and the mattress is indeed top notch. We ordered the Green Apple, extra firm, 6 inch mattress. Very supportive! My husband passes out as soon as he hits the bed and sleeps soundly through the night. No more tossing and turning and waking up frequently. No more backaches. Getting in and out of bed is easy with no disturbance to the other sleeper. We also have the latex contour pillows and love them. The size (queen size) and height are just right and have the firmness and support needed for back or side sleepers. We are very happy with our purchase with Naturelle and they are worth every penny (albeit their price is very reasonable in this category). There is no turning back after our experience with this type of mattress and pillows. Thank you, Naturelle!

Bought an organic latex bed last year. I feel I can give an accurate review now. Customer service was excellent, was recommended what to order. The bed came out of the box, no new bed" smell! The mattress is heavy and a bit tough to wrestle by yourself. My partner had back surgery and this bed has been a lifesaver. Will be replacing other mattresses with Naturelle mattresses!!"
