Amazing service. The guy who’s pierced my daughters ears was incredibly patient and kind. I recommend this place. I was really nervous for my daughter but coming into this service, the staff was really calm and explained everything really great. They also have my daughter a certificate after she got her ears pierced. Thrilled with the services.

Always make sure double check the price before piercing. I asked jewelry price , they said 50 . After i done piercing, they said its 70.I really don’t recommend this place.

I have been pierced by Krystal 5 times and have had a positive experience every time, she knows how to correctly place the piercings to fit your anatomy, is always friendly (same with the lady at the front desk) all of the piercings healed with no issues, very clean work space and she walks you through the whole process. Will continue to come here!

Had a really awesome first experience! I was super nervous at first but the lady at the front, and Krystal were both welcoming and I felt comfortable almost immediately! The piercings look fantastic, Krystal did an amazing job! I will definitely be back :)

I got my nose pierced here. I did end up getting a bump under my peircing but that was my own fault because I didn't follow aftercare instructions. I came back and they told me what to do to care for my piercing. I healed and never had any issues since. I love my peircing and the piercer was incredibly professional. I highly recommend these guys. I also had my tattoo done here 2 years ago and I alway get compliments on it. I had no issues with my tattoo healing. I highly recommend this place. Their staff is amazing.

I got my daith pierced here a couple months ago - when I was picking out the hoop, I pointed to the smallest size. After the piercing was done, I looked in the mirror to see that the hoop was not the original one I wanted, but a massive hoop that doesn't fit my ear. When I questioned the piercer about it, she looked at me like I had four eyes and told me it will be fine". I paid a lot to get this piercing done at this shop

Not recommend, not friendly unprofessional, lacks in knowledge/communication for piercing kids also kids with disabilities. As soon as my daughter sat down and expressed her emotions on being a little scared she cancelled the visit. She was unfriendly towards my daughter and myself. Luckily we got into another local place and my daughter got her ears pierced.

I got my septum pierced here about 5 months ago, the shop looks great and the employees are very professional and everything is sanitized. The piercer who pierced my septum was a bit rude, she answered to my friendly questions and small talk with an angry tone and short answers. I felt forced to pick my jewelry in less than a minute, which made me panic, so I picked the first one I saw. The piercer also made a comment mentioning that the jewelry I picked was “boring” (I chose a captive bead ring) and that she preferred piercing people who “chose more intricate jewelry” Her attitude and mood made getting the piercing uncomfortable for me, especially since I was 16 and it was my very first facial piercing. The piercing itself was done right, and it healed perfectly, took about 2.5 months. This studio’s jewelry is very nice, you can tell they pride themselves on getting good quality jewelry, however a lot of the designs I saw were very feminine, which disappointed me because I was looking for something masculine. I recommend looking on the studio website to view what kind of jewelry they have before getting pierced here. Despite my negative experience with the employee who pierced me, I am very happy with my septum piercing, healed quick, no infections and correct placement.
