Last summer (2019) we signed up for SaskPower's net metering program through Prairie Sun. They were absolutely excellent - they did most of the paperwork, scheduled the meter switchout with SPC, the total installation was done ahead of schedule and on budget. They added an extra outlet for the system's WiFi router at no charge. This was probably the best business transaction I have ever made.

We had solar installed this summer, and they were excellent to deal with during the entire process. Very friendly and professional, and they helped us understand the benefits of the system, and what was the best fit.Overall, the system was very reasonably priced, and my father also had the same system installed on his house.They were so great to deal with, and we loved seeing the benefits so much, that we added some additional panels before the end of the Summer to maximize our benefits and savings. So, we ended up using them 3 times!Highly recommend!

Prairie Sun gave me a turn key quote and that’s exactly what I got. Lots of little things come up in the process dealing with all the agencies involved in grants, loans and applications and they guided me through it all. Every hiccup that happened, they made it right.

Brenden was very thorough in determining what we were looking for, but more importantly was always prompt with his replies and communication. They even offered to help us complete the complex federal grant paperwork.They showed tremendous amount of patience as we changed the scope of work several times and asked a lot of questions over several months. Once the materials arrived, Dylan and his crew took over and it was seamless. The speed and efficiency that they performed the job was great and everything went as planned. A crew of 4 people stayed until 9pm one night to change over the power, so that we were up and running with no issues in the morning.They looked after our building while working here, were very polite, and installed everything very professionally and cleaned up so well, that if it weren't for the panels on the roof you wouldn't even have known they were there. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install solar.

Trevor and Brenden at Prairie Sun Solar are, quite simply, the best you'll find anywhere. We have had a few problems with two previous contractors, and I only wish we'd had Prairie Sun do our initial install. They responded immediately to solve our problem. Trevor came out the very same day, and he was so professional, knowledgeable, competent, personable, and dedicated to fixing our problem -- which he did! I am so grateful for their immediate help at a very stressful time for us. This level of professional care is incredibly rare in this world, but the guys at Prairie Sun Solar are the real deal.

My residential solar panel installation was just completed this week. After seeking insight and information from multiple solar companies, I chose Prairie Sun Solar to perform the installation. Brenden, Dylan and their team have been insightful, prompt, courteous and professional at all times.

I have been very happy with Prairie Sun Solar. I had added solar panels with another business that ceased operating. When I decided to add a whole house generator Prairie Sun solar completed the task in a short period of time and my house was ready for the cold Saskatchewan winters. Brenden and Catlin have been great throughout the process and when my generator failed they sent Trevor out to replace my battery which was included under warranty. I highly recommend this company for installation and maintenance of generators and solar panels.
