Southampton Beach

This is a great beach, we went today during Covid, myself, wife and two kids. It seems at least at this beach people are listening to the rules regarding social distancing.The beach was clean, great parking and not busy at all. What a pleasant day with all that's going on in life!

Best place ever. The beach is great, the stores are cute, people are very friendly.Fantastic place to see the Canadian Flag and sunsets on the beach. Been coming here for 40 years now, best place ever!!!!

Such a beautiful town!! The beach is wonderful and we got to be the first boaters to use the Southampton's new mooring balls which was super cool!!

we went to see the sunset but it was a cloudy evening. we enjoyed the walk down to the beach. small trail goes to the lighthouse. we loved it here and will love to come back again.

Very beautiful beaches calming waters quiet little town extremely relaxing and Serene miles and miles of clean sand

A nice quiet sandy beach stretching for several miles. The Southampton beach is a great place for families or date nights and even weddings.Stretching approximately 4 kms long, you will hear the gulls soaring above and the waves hitting the shoreline. Although the beach itself is sandy, the water bottom ranges from pebbly to rocky to sandy.Water shoes are recommended for the rocky sections. Pleasant and serene! Best sunset beach!

A very pretty beach to relax at. Ample free parking, cafes, restaurants and shops very close by. Public washrooms right here and a nice new looking boardwalk that follows the beach. No big buildings near the beach and all beach area seems to be well lit for evening time.

Words cannot describe this delight, clean and so so welcoming. Parking is available, and toilets available....I could not see a water fountain, but shops are 2 mins awa...

One of the best beaches on Lake Huron, clean washrooms, nice sandy beach, not crowded, spectacular sunsets, and a charming downtown for ice cream or a bite to eat. Also, lots of free public parking.
