Après avoir fait appel à d'autres plombiers Solution Tremblay à enfin trouvé mon problème de fuite. Ils m'ont évité d'autres dégats qui auraient été bien plus grave. Merci d'avoir poussé vos recherches et trouvé LE vrai problème !!! Bravo Patrick !

J'ai appelé en tant qu'administrateur d'un syndicat de copropriété pour une fuite d'eau dans un condo.Le propriétaire m'a posé plusieurs questions dont une par rapport au stationnement de ces camions (nous sommes situés sur le plateau mont-royal).Quand je lui ai dit qu'il y avait des places dans la rue, il a coupé court à la discussion et a raccroché directement sans plus d'explication. Incroyable!Je comprends qu'ils ont besoin de places pour stationner mais ayant déjà fait intervenir d'autres plombiers, ça n'a jamais été un sujet.

Ma mère fait affaire avec eux depuis plusieurs années. Jamais eu aucun problème. J'ai fait affaire avec eux pour changer mon chauffe-eau tout a bien été et ça l'a été rapide.

Service très mauvais Monsieur Tremblay à une rage extrême et le fait transparaître dans son travail. Je quittais en matinée quand il est venu faire des travaux dans mon bloc appartement, il ne semblait pas de très bonne humeur en commençant. Au courant de la mâtinée pendant son travail quelqu'un a du flusher la toilette dans le bloc... et cela ne venait pas de chez moi. Il est venu frapper à ma porte pour ne pas dire cogner comme un fou furieux fort avec ses outils qui ont d'ailleurs arraché la peinture de ma porte. En plus, d'être enragé, il a crier à plusieurs reprises après ma fille de 12 ans! l'accusant d'avoir flusher... Il l'a traité de tataise" a plusieurs reprises!! Il est montée plusieurs fois pour l'a chicaner!! Je n'était malheureusement pas là et il le savait

Ils ont travaillé dans les délais promit. Pour La relation client, cela a manqué de classe. Ils mont facture pour 200 $ de pièces. Mr Patrick m a répondu; c est comme ça qu’ont fait de l’argent. Maintenant je comprends pourquoi ils ont voulu arracher toutes la vieille tuyauterie. Au bout de la ligne, je sens qu’il mon eu pour 100 $ de trop. Finalement, un autre qui représente bien leur réputation de profiteur…

Good workers. Had an emergency and they showed up quickly. They also accept credit cards which is a plus.

I had them come in for two jobs. Both supply leaks on an income property with 3 floors. The first time they showed up, I walked out and they were smoking a joint while unloading the van on the side walk. Later, while checking my damages in the basement from the leak on the first, I had the pleasure of listening to both of the workers discussing how I was a young owner and wasn't cut out for it. I ignored the insults and turned the other cheek.Due to issues with my tenants lock, I rescheduled for the leak on the second floor. To those in similar circumstances I am sure you know that it's no easy task coordinating two families of tenants.The appointment was at 1 pm on a Friday. My plan was to leave work and present myself for 11-11:30 due to needing to work. So they called me 3 times in 4 minutes 2 and a half hours early saying they were on the property, no warning call. I called them 15 minutes later when I saw the calls and they didn't answer. 15 minutes after that they call back telling me that they left and responded to an emergency. Judging by the previous comment this seems like their go to excuse when they want to leave. They then tell me that they can fit me in for Tuesday while rudely yelling at me on the phone. I asked if I could have a sooner appointment because supply leaks are nearly the highest priority/damage causing (AKA an emergency) issues a plumber can face. I know this because I was an apprentice plumber.Anyways I seriously don't ever review but people should know that these guys are rude, untimely, disrespectful, inconsiderate, and judging.If you only care about the work and not the people you let in to your property, keep in mind that the work got done only 1/2 times.
