I have seven different locations that I use major tire machines ,their service is fantastic ,they’re always available for parts. Their machines are great and reliable at a decent price. Highly recommend to anyone, especially to anyone with multiple locations.

Great company to deal with, exceptional service, have had the machine for just about two years now and no problems whatsoever, one part did break that was completely my fault and I had a replacement overnight, nice to have people these days that still stand behind there product, great job Major Tire!!

Cheap isn't good and good isn't cheap. This is the worst tire machine I have ever used. Made in China and believe me it shows! Someone is going to get hurt. Will not hold the rim, weak clamping force, everything flexes. The tire machine we had was leaps and bounds better than this Major machine. Unfortunately we sold it. For the money better to buy a used one, it will be better and safer!

This is an awesome machines. 2 years ago I bought a used tire changer and balancer from facebook market and i thought i got scammed because when i brought it home and tried to use the tire changer, it would not work. Frustrated and confused! I googgled Major and called. I was not sure what to expect. I called, Jim answered and he helped me out all the way. Even if i did not buy from them. He said he is behind his products and will always support it. I found out that i bought a motorcycle/atv tire changer :(. Jim helped me fixed the machine through whatsapp even after work hours. Long story short, after many tire changes now i just bought a proper machine for my garage. Jim isawesome. I will always buy from them. Thanks Jim for guiding me with my new purchased, GT5887A. These guys are great to deal with. I asked them for a manual for my machine. I got it within 24 hrs, That is great service as I have asked many companies in the past for manuals and they either ignore me or want to know if i bought the product from them. Not this company. I ordered some parts from them and they shipped them very fast and that is very important to a business owner who relies on the equipment to be functional all the time.
