With the building being downtown Hamilton it’s regular to be older/dated... Hamilton is very historical. Parking was easy lots on the street in front also. The place is clean both ladies were super welcoming and also made my husband feel like he was a part of the experience. I’ve noticed since Covid a lot of clinics shut the support system woman have with them out so this was also a big thing for me. The ultrasound tech was super friendly and guided me though whatever questions I had. Thank you guys !Can’t wait to watch my baby grow with you

Clean building. Professional and friendly staff. Parking can be a little tricky but I found a legal spot on a side street. Gave 4 stars because the washroom was freezing. I realize it is an old building but surely something can be done about it.

The building and office were very clean... Surprisingly clean compare to what you would think was inside this old building. Staff were very professional and friendly.. clean washroom and waiting area with plenty of space and sanitizer stations and napkins. Did not wait long to see staff... They were attentive and answered questions well.

Pleasant receptionist on phone. Got appointment quickly. Ultrasound technician was too quick in our opinion. Did not fax results to our Doctor as they said they would. Had to call back to get them to send results. Our specialist is now sending us to another ultrasound because she does not trust the results of this clinic..

great staff, very respectful and thorough. my doctor didn’t sign the requisition so there was a problem but the receptionist Maria was able to help out and i was able to get my ultrasound done, and the ultrasound technician Olga was great. both staff i interacted with were very professional and respectful and i appreciated it so much. i hope that they get paid vacations, they certainly deserve it! i will definitely come back here if i ever need these services again.

I went here to get a dating ultrasound as I was pregnant. The building is out of date. The stairs you have to climb just to get there and not to mention the ultrasound tech wasnt friendly. I will way though that the receptionist was amazing. She definitely knows how to treat a customer/client. I liked her a lot but I never went back because of that tech.

US technician did not do good job. Client was left at plinth after test and did not do after care. Informed client to clean after self. Left paper towels on clients body. Have been at other facilities for similar procedure and was treated well with technician performing after care. Technician will be reported to regulatory body.

This place is great. Super friendly, courteous & fast. I was in before another place even called me back! They were also very helpful & answered all my annoying questions. I was also in alot of pain & they were very good with that. I got in fast and was cared for very graciously. I got the results in 2 days. Total process was less than a week! Highly recommend.

Went to 700 main, and couldn't be more pleased at how swift and efficient everything operates there. Each member of the staff i met were extremely outgoing and friendly and received my results in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!
