From the first phone call to final delivery this was an all around excellent process. The people on the phone, on line and in person were all friendly, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. This business runs like clockwork which is so helpful during a move. It was really one less thing for us to worry about. We will definitely use them again in the future. Great experience working with Cubeit. Professional delivery, they worked with me to get 2 pods into the driveway. Clean, simple to use and saved our items through the winter while we renovated. Bonus being able to go back in for things as we needed. Pickup was a simple scheduling and they were gone! Would definitely use Cubeit again and highly recommend for short term storage.

Great customer service. The storage unit was sitting on our driveway for 3 weeks so we were very pleased that it was so clean and in good condition. Phone calls were answered immediately by a human - very unusual these days. We can definitely recommend Cubeit.

Excellent customer service! Very helpful and deliver on time!Not always easy to communicate when abroad, if Cubeit could call international numbers that would be helpful for a moving company. But other than that, I’m very satisfied with the service they offer.I highly recommend!

The whole experience of ordering and delivery was seamless. I’d like to say that the driver was excellent. I told him we had just installed a new Unilock driveway and we didn’t want to mark it up. He took the time and was super careful. He assured me it wouldn’t leave a mark and we didn’t have to worry. Solid experience so far.
