I LOVE this place!! Every time I come in the aroma of bacon cooking hits you. It's Happy Hour and the staff is super friendly and attentive...love how she knows my name and drink...woohoo!!Patio season is fast approaching! Happy 2023!!

This pub was the highlight of my Vancouver trip. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this bar and we’re so glad we did. The server/bartender/cook was doing it all—slinging drinks to a ton of regulars and walk ins while making our food and never let our drinks go empty. The food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced. All of the regulars were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Cannot say enough good things about the vibe at here. If you are looking for a chill, make you feel at home, around the corner pub, 10/10 would recommend this place.

Small. Cozy. Prompt service. Didn't eat but the food looked good. Good selection for what's on tap. If you're in the hood, it's worth checking out. If you're expecting cactus club type divas running your food and drinks, this is the wrong scene. If your sack has dropped and food and bev service count more than barbie bringing it to you, then roll in, grab some pints, and chow down. I'll he back.

There was only one lady working here on a busy evening with a full pub and she still managed to check in with us several times. Excellent service! Great atmosphere!

Best nachos in this area. Always a good place to have a drink.This place does not have a commercial kitchen. But makes this place and the experience very 'homey'.

Where is the best bar in East Van?The answer is, The Brighton.I grew up in East Van and went to school steps away from this place and I can't think of another place that encompasses the spirit of East Van but, more importantly, the people of this tight knit neighbourhood.Walking into The Brighton is an unknown... Who will you meet? Who is waiting for you? Is it an old friend or a new one? It's a bar where longshoremen rub shoulders with bankers, punks and retired soldiers and they all have one thing in common: they call East Vancouver home.The friendly team at The Brighton is amazing and will always make you feel welcome with a smile, a laugh and a quick drink.The music is always amazing and you never know what you will get from ska to alt-countrey to punk to cheezey 70's metal tunes.In short, this place is a good time for good people by good people.Check it out.P.S. Try the Nachos.

I can't remember a time when I've had better service. My friends and I came from out of town and were looking for some late night food and drink. Our server was all by themselves and tending a full house. We got everything we wanted and it was all fantastic.

A couple of years ago I discovered this little hole-in-the-wall establishment and I still go back to it every once in a while, because it is great.They have trivia nights, live music often. and a nice patio in the back.The food comes from a quaint home-style kitchen that exudes a comfortable atmosphere.It is definitely worth a visit for friendly chats with their regulars, plus the friendly, astute staff give it a cozy aspect that one enjoys returning to.You guys are really awesome.
