Got a great deal through Travel Focus! for an 11-day cruise on Celebrity's Equinox ship to Panama. Team was great in notifying me of this great deal because I have been using their service for several years. I got a great package deal on the hotel ahead of the cruise with a parking spot while I am on the cruise at the hotel so the transfer to the ship will be easy. Have used them for the Northwest Passage, Asia tours as well as to the Arctic and Antarctica. I find their travel advisors to be friendly and willing to help me with my travel needs. I would like to thank Travel Focus for creating a great experience for me. They organized a wonderful trip on Celebrity Cruise Lines that took me from Fort Lauderdale to Cozumel, Costa Rica, Cartegena, and the Panama Canal. They took care of every detail and I was able to thoroughly sit back and enjoy the experience.

After Pat, Amy, and the team planned our honeymoon in Tahiti and an incredible trip with my parents To Hawaii, I knew they were the only ones to handle our trip to take the kids to Universal Studios Florida this year. Every single detail, as usual, was well thought out and perfect for us. Pat not only listens to our requests, but guides us every time on decisions and options that we otherwise would not of been aware of. Amy is the absolute queen of follow up. We could not be happier and will always choose Pat and her team when it matters most!

My experience with travel focus started out great but as soon as it was time to start booking plans, quicky went poorly. I spoke with a woman named Amy Carrol who was nice about sending me information to book a family cruise for about 40 people. When I was waiting to hear back about prices, air faire, deposit information she never reached out to me. I gave her the information about passengers around July 10 2017 and waited over a week to hear information about the next step in our travel plans. .I called everyday for a week and the only thing she told me was that she's waiting to hear from the cruise line and she's only as good as her Cruise Consultant can work". To this day August 7 2017 I haven't heard from her. Not an update or even apology letter about the long process. Luckily after a week of her not retuning my calls I was able to book with an agent which has taken her 30 days to do he did in 2 days. I definitely am upset at the lack of information and professionalism that Travel Focus did/did not provide. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."

Working with Amy is an absolute pleasure. Her knowledge and skills pertaining to all things travel-related are second to none. Her work is fast and accurate and I personally appreciated her responsiveness to the occasional last minute issues that will arise when working with as many groups and individual artists as we do for each Gilmore International Keyboard Festival. Engaging the services of a travel professional as competent as Amy Carroll was an excellent investment in time, expertise, and solutions for travelers.

I can not recommend Nicole Bolde and Travel Focus enough! We booked a trip to Italy in early 2020, weeks before the country closed to travelers due to Covid. Nicole was fantastic in helping us figure out the details of the trip, and incredibly patient as we cancelled and rescheduled the trip. She stayed up to date on changes in travel requirements and helped us have the trip of our dreams despite the pandemic. Nicole shared her personal experience traveling to Italy and many insider tips that helped us feel comfortable during our trip as well. She went above and beyond our expectations and we had an amazing trip. I highly, highly recommend both Nicole and Travel Focus to anyone who is looking to travel!
