Not a huge Star bucks fan. I only like one type of drink usually and this one was the best one I've tasted in years. I expected top notch customer service at Star Bucks, These guys take one level beyond that. Small Talk, Perfect Drinks and Awesome Customer Service. I stop at this Starbucks whenever I'm at this mall. Actually this is the only Starbucks I prefer now.

Cute little Starbucks next to the Cineplex VIP. Can enter through the mall or from the street. Friendly staff and good seating area. Quality on par with all other Starbucks stores.

Abigail is the worst barista in the history of Starbucks. Serves cold coffee and forgets orders and proceeds with her day. Walked out without my order.

The baristas at this location need more training. We go here almost daily, as bored mall employees do. I can get the same thing every day and I will never have the same drink. Every time I think I’ve found something I love, I order it the next day and it is totally different in flavour, appearance and quality. Kind of feels like a waste of money when I order something with ‘a splash of half and half’ and instead get a drink that is ‘half heavy cream’, for instance.Customer service and speed is good, as is availability of food items.

Barista's here were ultra friendly and knowledgeable. Was busy for late afternoon but got our orders well on time. Also very clean location.

Very busy on a Sunday. No seats but staff were doing their best to serve everyone as quickly as they could. Drinks were awesome.

Got the wrong size drink. Kindly told the girl who made it. Not only did she make me the right size, but she let me keep both. I gave the one I didn't order to a girl who was sitting alone by the entrance, and when I saw her smile and heard her thank-you, it made me smile and head home with a positive attitude. I mean, who needs two drinks for themselves anyway? Lol

Love the atmosphere and the people at this starbucks.It was just a one time visit; but will definitely be back. There's a few other Starbucks' in the area, but this new one is definitely a good spot if you need to relax, study, or just do whatever.

Really good customer service, staff friendly and helpful, clean place. Excellent manager. I would rate 10 stars for this location. My drink never mess up... my top 1 location .

Ordered thru mobile pick up. Order was not ready..waited a few minutes more but still nothing..had to come up to the cash to check if my order went thru...order was there but they didn't make it. System glitch? No idea..never had issues ordering thru the app. Maybe just don't order for pick up in this location if you're in a real hurry....
