Ken was an amazing driving examiner. He gave me clear instructions, made me feel confident, and even though I didn’t pass he made me feel good that I’ll get it right next time. Looking forward to taking my next attempt on the class 5 road test with him!

ED employee was on call when i called. The way of his talking was so aggressive, so disrespecting. He was not polite at all. Even he didn’t provide me full information and cut my call in between. It’s humble request to Registry plz teach them some customer service skills while they are on training. Thanks

I can't recall my driving instructor's name probably because i'm still very ecstatic but he was extremely professional and very very clear with his directions. You just need to listen to the instructor's directions and make the correct decisions and you will be fine. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and i highly recommend North hill registry for anything. I passed my test on the first try and there is nothing tricky about the test. Be cool, be confident and you will succeed.

I had a road test for a class 5 driving license with Ahmed. He is a very nice person. He is kind and calm and not only never makes you stress, but also helps you to reduce your stress. If you want to take a road test at North Hill registry express, I highly recommend you Ahmed. If you want to reserve your test with him, you have to do it in-person at the registry, because if you do it online, you can't select a specific person for your test.

My driving examiner was Ahmed and he is a phenomenal driving examiner. He was always kind, calm, and collected even in the most dangerous situations on the road. Even if you fail, he will provide amazing tips and feedback on how to improve them and what to expect for your retake. Secondly, the service at Registry Express is awesome as all the staff were friendly; definitely would recommend.

Small but busy registry. Second visit for Class 5 Driver's renewal (with the recent new AB licence policy). I used to only go to AMA in the W for my Driver's inquiry, but this registry does the job - now I don't have to go far SW anymore for the time being. If you have the patience and time to wait in the line up, I think it's worth lining up - I didn't wait that long anyway, line up shortened quite fast. Kind of sounded like people with other agents were getting things explained and done thoroughly with their matters, so I guess that explains the lineup. I sent a paranoid email inquiry about the new licencing policy before going there, but they answered it thoroughly.

Booked my road test here and had a very pleasant experience. My instructor, Ken, was very friendly, patient and professional which made me feel comfortable taking the test. He was very fair and explained my mistakes to me thoroughly at the end. Other Staff that handle paperwork are very friendly as well.
