Extract Cleaning Service went above and beyond my expectations. Les is a hard working guy with a strong work ethic. He treated my house with care and my pets with respect and kindness. Great job cleaning carpets in my condo unit and in the hallways and stairs of the building. The hallways and stairs are high traffic areas and there was a very noticeable difference after cleaning! Work was done efficiently and carpets didn’t take too long to dry. Would definitely recommend... thanks!

Not only did this company do an awesome job but the owner went above and beyond by returning to spot clean my carpet after my toddler had an accident! Greatly appreciated! I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Les to ask if they rented, or knew where to rent, carpet cleaners. We ended up discussing rented cleaners vs the type of cleaning they do and he was able to quote me a price and I decided to book them to do the carpets in our rental we were moving out of. Him and his worker showed up, explained the process and got to work. I wasn’t totally paying attention to time, but I know that they were done extremely quick and the carpets looked amazing! They looked even better than when we moved in to the house. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone needing carpet/upholstery cleaning!!

Les was very knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond when it came to answering questions about my cold air return system. Xtract is also one of the last companies in the area to use a vac system with the rotating brush on the end which I think gives a much better clean over the high-pressure system. I will be using Xtract again for any furnace or carpet cleaning needs in the future.

Noisy losers think it's alright to come and clean townhouses at 8am. Loud carpet washers going for an hour now. You guys NEED to work at better times, times when the majority of people aren't sleeping. The people working the truck seem to have some trouble with respect.

As an owner of multiple rental properties carpet cleaning is a must. I purchased a carpet cleaner myself but learnt quickly Les and his team is worth every penny...don't do it yourself! Professional service, excellent customer care and very reasonable pricing.
