Very knowledgeable friendly staff. They always get me out of a bind stocking the odd 24V starters and alternators I can't find anywhere else. I don't look anywhere else anymore. Reasonably priced. We are a crane company.

Over the past 30+ years we have often purchased vehicle batteries for different vehicles from B&F Auto Electric. This past weekend our van battery just died so my husband headed over and purchased a new one this afternoon. Because we aren't commercial clients, our purchases are not in their computer but they suggested we try and find the receipt just in case it was still covered by warranty. By the time he returned, I had found the receipt from our last purchase in 2017. It had the invoice number and purchase date that clearly showed that the 4 year warranty had expired. He called to let them know that he had found it, verifying the past purchase and was told that it was close enough to the warranty date that they would refund him for todays purchase. What wonderful customer relations.. they will continue to get our business as long as we have vehicles.

Incredible service, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. It always feels a small town business because they care and treat us fair. We are on the opposite corner of the city and its still worth the drive as they have a large inventory to get us fixed up and on our way. What they don't have in stock they'll rebuild properly right there. We've dealt with them for years and its consistently the same great experience every time. Truly exceptional!! Thank you B & F!

I've dealt with B&F a couple of times; once for a starter and once for a battery. Their product knowledge is extensive and customer service is great. I also found their prices to be competitive with other shops; which was a nice surprise considering that they specialize. I would highly recommend! If you shop anywhere else, you're missing out on better service, better product and better pricing.

Years ago, I bought batteries from Canadian Tire. Never again. I go to battery shops like this now. Better products and better service. They carry often Canadian made batteries and not offshore batteries. I have been in Calgary for 6 years now and I have had good success here. Three batteries that definitely have performed well. One for my truck and two for my RV.My recommendation, 4 stars for sure

Called for a starter, the young man told me they had one in stock. Came from outside of Calgary with my old one. Sadly their computer listed the wrong one :-( . So they didn't have the anticipated replacement, but what they did do is rebuild mine like new, there and then. This saved me a long wasted trip. Got home, installed it and crossed my fingers. My Bobber fired right up. I didn't even here any engine cranks. Wow that hasn't happened in a few years. So, great start with the replacement. Let's see how she does when I really need it to crank in -20 Celsius. Thank you both for taking the time to fix it on the spot!!
