I called to gather some information about some basic repairs and paint chips and the receptionist was very condescending and clearly did not want to speak with me or help in any way. She cut me off and gave me some exorbitant estimates. I will be going somewhere with some better customer service.

I can't thank Ramp enough for how well they took care of me and my car on multiple occasions! From Julia who was very helpful with an ICBC process, finding parts, and constantly finding ways to help with scheduling in admittedly busy times on my end to Greg who was amazing with the different services he provided and always walking me through the process, this is an amazing team and business!

When I graduated high school my first job was with Ramp Body & Fender Works I worked at this family owned businesses for many years, I started as a prep person getting vehicles ready for painting, within a very short time I had moved up to painting vehicles, the quality of work that left this shop was something I was very proud to be a part of, I have always stayed in close contact with the family of this business,and made it a point to go to the shop and visit when I was back in Nelson, the quality of work that to this day that leaves the shop is still bar none.

Excellent customer service and body work! I had my entire truck bed repaired and painted at Ramp and they were able to match the colours perfectly. I'm very happy with the final results and how they handled my situation. I highly recommend using this shop for any auto body repairs and paint work.

I had a very bad customer service experience and would not recommend this shop. I had a claim with ICBC and private insurance. The front desk person lied and claimed she did not have any correspondence from the private insurance even though I had emails to show this and verbal confirmation of a phone call from the insurance company. They did not process the claim because of this and failed to communicate the status. I ended up wasting 2 weeks with this shop.
