they canceled the online course I signed up and never refunded the $900 i paid. Avoid this SCAM company at all cost!!!

I registered for this program and then they didn't have enough people to offer it in person so I requested a refund a month ago and have been told three times through email and twice on the phone that I would be receiving my refund shortly as there was a backlog from Christmas. It is now a month later and I still have not received a refund. I think this company is a scam and they stole my money.
