I’ve been going to Costco for years. This Costco is disrespectful and shows prejudice. We went to this location and got 8 items ready to leave they always check receipt at the door. There was a long line and they were checking people very fast. Gets to us and with my 8 items the women starts digging through me and my boyfriends cart. She starts taking things out of it for a cart with 8 items that’s she can see. Digging through for 1-2 min the couple behind us had their mouths dropped while she started digging around the cart. Then she finally puts things back and let’s us go saying that I for cooperating. Then I stay behind to see if maybe she is doing this to everyone the next people she did not even look through their cart they had more stuff. The women just signed there sheet. The couple was suprise de cause they thought she would do the same to them. This is nasty behaviour and I’m happy I didn’t noticeably see any kids around to absorb this nasty behaviour. I reached out to Costco not response. I’m not sure if it was our age or race or whatever else but she definitely picked at us for no provoked reason.

Good place for certain goods. Inflation has also left its mark and taken away some of the advantages Costco used to offer. Buying here requires a plan and it is best to leave your impulses at home.

Costco is great for its quality and prices. I also want to share a lasting impression where customer service went the extra mile. I was shopping lasting week and forgot my wallet outside. Though it was closing time, Craig held my transaction so I could bring my wallet. I appreciated his effort even when it was time to close. Thank you!

This costco is a newer location. The staff are really friendly and do a good job to help you out if you need it. This location in particular does a good job of managing headcount at the checkout so it's quick to checkout at the location even when the store is busy and experiencing peak traffic. The staff at the checkout are friendly and do their best to make the checkout options good.The take out food from the restaurant is well priced and is served quickly. It's nice to get food her post groceries if you're in a rush and going around dinner time.The store has a lot of options and for certain items it's priced really competitively. It is the ten dollar store though so it always adds up really quickly while you're there. The food is generally high quality though which is beneficial. It's a costco, it just seems to run a lot better and more efficiently than other Costco's i've been to.

Typical Costco experience, relatively easy to get started, busy parking lot but easy to navigate.Unfortunately, they do not have enough places to sit down and eat, especially when it is busy, and people have to line up behind other tables, in order to get a spot to sit down.All of the staff were very friendly and very welcome to providing samples. Checkout line was especially quick, despite the store being extremely busy.I would recommend going to this Costco, one of my favourite in the region.

It is one and only in Guelph or around Wellington area. That’s why it is busy a bit but still I never heard any issues that has been happening. Try it out staff is nice around. Just in busy time cash counters are full with abandoned carts.
