My visit to Dr. Anna Rankin was pleasant and painless, which is about the best you can hope as far as dentistry goes. The appointment started on time, Christina made sure my insurance information was in order, and Lisa the hygienist gave my teeth a thorough cleaning. Dr. Rankin took the time to check the health of my teeth, gums and jaw, more so than my previous dentists, who always tended to conduct perfunctory checks at best, or tried to up-sell cosmetic procedures. I feel like my teeth are in good hands with Anna.

Very pleased with Dr. Rankin and her team of all female staff. The tech used is impressive and provides the utmost comfort during uncomfortable procedures. Dr. Rankin is very personable and friendly. When I arrive, I feel like they know me even though visits are infrequent. The staff genuinely care about my well-being and my life outside of dental work. Their recommendations are sound and I never feel pressured into extra procedures and costs. There was a time when I wrote in about an issue with a fill-in dentist that was practicing in Dr. Rankin's place and the team responded very gracefully. I felt heard and that my comments were taken seriously.

Amazing, amazing place!! I've never been to to a more thorough, kind and professional dental office. All the staff here are phenomenal, wonderful people. As someone who is typically very nervous and hates going to the dentist, they each went above and beyond to make it a comfortable, painless and relaxed experience. Every treatment they've done or planned to do was explained very well and never once felt pushy or unnecessary. I especially liked how they show you actual photos of your mouth that they take so you can see exactly what they are talking about - makes it all seem so much clearer.I can't say enough good things! My husband also had a very positive experience here and we will both be recommending them to everyone we know. :)

Dr. Paul and her team are amazing! She was very thorough and walked me through every step of my treatment helping me understand what was going on and making me feel safe. Her work ethic and empathy are clearly noticeable.Very happy to have found her clinic!I would recommend it for anyone looking for an outstanding dental treatment in the Victoria area.
