Envision Financial

I called with a question on a time sensitive matter at 9am on a Saturday morning. I expressly stated that it was time-sensitive and was assured I would receive a call back. At noon, I had not heard back from the branch, so I called again. I was told the staff were “busy”. Definitely poor business practice. I wonder if I will get a response stating this is not our policy and we will be in touch to discuss. Haha.

Edit: slightly less unimpressed as previous comment, as almost an hour later and two staff (one manager) discussion later, they are willing to withdraw cash to give us instead of a bank draft. Still not coming back.Never bank with Envision Financial; because they don't know how to do their most basic job.-asked to close a bank account-kept being asked why we wanted to close-had to pay the bank fees-wont let us pay on card-we pulled out cash to hand them-we gave them another $20 that was ripped (came from their ATM machine) and asked to trade that with a new bill-they now say they can't give us change from the payment transaction, and held onto the broken $20-they're trying to offer us a bank draft????-we just want the change (less than $40), and then on our way-the second staff is helping us, now says she'll have to speak with the manager to see what they can do".....uh

I want to rate just this branch as I enjoy the Envision Financial brand. I feel this is by far the worst branch to deal with at Envision Financial. I have only been to a few branches for personal service as most of my business is at the machine or online. This particular branch is VERY IMPERSONAL and unprofessional each and every time I have been there. I will NOT be back and will tell others the same. The tellers do not acknowledge or greet customers well. Every time I have been there, they continue chatting to each other when people arrive and fail to acknowledge the customer until they are done chatting and then instead of discussing options to issues such as unusual cheque deposits, they simply say it cannot be done. They have no interest in hearing the details whereas other branch tellers listen and address the issues with reasonable acquirable solutions.I suggest re-training these front line personal to a level that is expected from a clients perspective.

Envision Financial is a great place to do banking and their employees are wonderful to work with! Ashutosh Sood set up my accounts, and helped me with the process of getting a mortgage. He was very personable and knowledgeable, and guided me through the paperwork I had to fill out. He always replied to my emails promptly and went the extra mile to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Believe me, getting a mortgage can be a stressful event, but Ash made it so much easier! He really cares about people and he gave me the best interest rate for my mortgage. I highly recommend Ash at the Fleetwood location for all your banking needs!

Envision staff @ Fleetwood branch are friendly, extremely help and proficient in their work. Sona especially has helped me tremendously with my accounts. I highly recommend this branch. George Y

The most unprofessional branch. Extremely rude, terrible service. Came for the wire transfer and they refused as they had to leave right at 5:00. Langley branch is amazing they stay extra to give you service. Don’t want to visit the fleet wood branch but sometimes I have to as they are in my area. They should work on their attitude.

Visited this branch a few times due to its convenient location, I have good impression of it. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and processed all my transactions smoothly. My advisor Ashutosh is really professional - he listens to my needs, has the big picture of the economy and market, and provides me very thoughtful investment suggestions.I like this place and its people.

Ah Envision. The only thing I envision is using literally any other bank/credit union. Nothing but problems with their systems, agents, their ATMs eat debit cards like there's no tomorrow so good luck if they're closed you are SOL. They can't figure out how to setup an automatic payment to save their lives. This dollar store credit union is a sorry excuse for a 'bank'. I would actually pay to see them shut down. An absolute joke, do ANYTHING but open an account with them. Seriously, you will be sorry.
