Josh was extremely honest with us about performing a cleaning and inspection on our home sale. He suggested that we just go with the company with whom we had our gas contract so as to avoid unnecessary and costly expense. They had installed a new furnace for us 2 years ago on short notice during an extreme cold spell when our old furnace quit in a matter of less than a week.

Anthony helped me out with a broken air conditioner on Canada Day weekend. Great service, polite and professional. He arrived in 40 minutes and had it working again in no time!Will use them again for all heating/cooling work.

When our furnace failed, we contacted Top Notch Heating for help. They came right away to diagnose the problem. They don’t normally deal with our brand of furnace, but they worked hard to help us follow up on our warranty. When the part was not available, they helped secure a new furnace through warranty and had it up and running in short order. The Top Notch technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and clean. We could always reach someone in their office and they were very good to follow up. Many thanks to Mike and Top Notch Heating. Excellent service!
