DON'T NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS THERE SCAMS . STAY FAR AWAY USE UHAUL OR ANY OTHER COMPANY THE OWNER MANGER STEVE (GOOF) WILL CHARGE YOUR VISA EXTRA FOR NO REASONS . THERE TRUCK BROKE DOWN TWICE AND COST ME 10 HOURS ON THE ROAD . I WILL POST MORE INFO . JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO RENT FROM THIS IS A FIRST HAND WARNING !!!!!

This Steve guy is one of the rudest men I have ever tryed to do business with, in fact the rudest!! Thought the previous reviews might be bogus but I was wrong!! This place deserves a 0 rating. I'm sure like the other reviewers he will try to blame me but I have his texts to prove it!! Spend the extra money and get a professional mover or call Uhaul!!

Great vehicle. Got us through a 3400km trip. The ramp was missing and universal didn't compensate us for the extra day of loading or the extra cost of helpers as heavy furniture had to be hand lifted into the truck, we ended up leaving a day later but drop-off location was convenient. Would rent again.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. The manager, owner, operator, ONE MAN SHOW - Steve, is terrible at communicating. the payment system is very difficult to follow and is set up to confuse the customer - we were wrongfully charged several times. At the end of our lease term Steve reported damages to the truck which caused us to lose our deposit. These damages were not supported with before" and "after" pictures. Several weeks after our term Steve still failed to keep my compnay updated on the whereabouts of our deposit and why we have not received it yet.I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

They don't want your business so don't bother giving it to them. Cannot even be bothered calling me back. I think it's about time we stop using Covid as an excuse for poor service or NO service. As far as suggesting calling Uhaul, they don't even have trucks anywhere near London.
