Offered to print stuff for me

Do not deal with this person. You will send several emails and you will also call several times - and will not receive a call back. It doesn't happen!I have had to drive to this person (Joon) - and he just will giggle - and that's what he does. He is a one man show - and doesn't have a clue about customer service". He did some work for me - and the printed material which is normally "beige" in colour - turned out to be soft pink. He still wanted to charge me $240.00 - and I told him I could not use this printed material as it will clash with my other printed material being so buff pink. He turned his back on me - and took away the order and I was dismissed. He didn't offer to "FIX"....he just said 'we're done". So - is this customer service? I don't think so. Well

Joon has been helping me with my printing needs since I started my business 7 years ago. He has always been excellent at transforming my ideas into a quality product, whether it is invoices, decals, or signage. His pricing is also great for the high quality of the final product. It can take some time for the printing to get done, but I don't expect things to be done quickly when he provides such quality products at quality prices. If you have a rush project this may not be the place for you, but if you want great printing at great prices and can wait for it, this place can't be beat. 5 stars!
