Very inexperienced hairdresser he was . He shaved my hairline back with a razor. He did it so quick I had no chance to stop him. The hair cut is also very uneven .All for almost 40$ Never again !!! Boooooo

Took my son in to get his haircut, and almost cried when I saw it! The neckline is crooked and the bangs are completely chopped, it looks like he cut it himself! The Male stylist that did it was not very friendly at all! Wish I had read the reviews first. Do not recommend!

Terrible experience. I went in to get a a very light thinning for my ends (I told the stylist I didn't want to lose any length) and came out with an uneven chop! The back of my hair was longer than the front and the right side longer than the left. I called back and they booked me in with another stylist to fix it. He cut my hair even shorter and thinned way too much (when all I asked was for him to make it even) and he didn't even fix the problem. My hair is now shorter than chin length, still terribly uneven, and to top it off he burnt my forehead and my ear while straightening.

The Experience here was meh. The person behind the counter had zero customer service skills. I wandered around looking for products for at least 20 minutes and never once did she ask if she could help me find anything. I found most of what i was looking for, but every other chatters i have been in they come out and help you. The fellow that cut my husband's hair did a decent job, though he went so fast my husband was scared he was going to need to wear a hat for a couple months. None of the employees really engaged with us at all. Likely won't return to this location.

Had eyebrow threading today and despite explaining what I was looking for walked out with completely two different eyebrows with one eyebrow thinned out so much. She had to serve customers at the front and pick up phone calls during the service which I found really unprofessional. Distracted and honestly don’t recommend getting your eyebrows done here.

I walked in with natural curly hair and walked out with a frizzy mess on my head. The stylist was super unfriendly. Literally said nothing to me. Asked for layers and short curtain bangs to frame my face. She did not do any of this. I asked for my hair to be diffused.. she didn’t even know how to use the diffuser.

I wish I could give zero stars. I came to this salon for the first time to get a simple trim to get rid of my split ends. I regret the moment I stepped into this salon.The lady who cut my hair asked if she could put in layers. We discussed how short she would go and I agreed to some layers in my hair. While she was cutting my hair I became increasingly nervous. She would just hold up a chunk of my hair and chop. No comparing sides to see if it was even. Before I left she curled my hair, so I had no idea what it actually looked like (my hair is naturally straight).A few days later I washed my hair and dried it, looked in the mirror and almost started crying. I have never seen such a horrible haircut in all my life. The layers" were all uneven and randomly cut

Booked a Men's Cut & Hair Colour, was seated for 10 minutes before the stylist who didn't even introduce himself (Julius) sat me down, he spoke with the receptionist and had no idea what I wanted done. I wanted to get a shaved short fade on the side & back with some length left on the top, and then for my hair to be colored with a silver base (bleached then toned with a silver toner) and then add some dark purple on top of the silver. The male stylist then argued with me saying that the picture I had for reference was all because of lighting, and that there wasn't purple in the hair, he clearly wasn't listening to me, so I walked him through how to do it with the bleach, toner and then the hair dye, at this point I then felt confident that this stylist lacked experience. And asked him, if he felt like he couldn't do what I wanted and he said no. Even though that's what I booked over the phone. So instead of grabbing another stylist who would more than be able to show him how to do it, or even asking for a second opinion from someone who has more experience he just stared at me with a blank expression, the front reception watched as I got up and left immediately. I wasted money getting here via taxi, only for my time to be wasted as well.

I have never had such a horrible haircut in all my life. Management hasn't been helpful with resolving the issue either. I honestly feel like crying after getting this haircut. I have to pay another salon to have this fixed.If you like your hair, I wouldn't go anywhere near this salon.
