Brought my Pathfinder in to have diagnosed after engine light came on and wouldn’t accelerate. I waited almost two weeks to get it in because they had (50) 5-star reviews so I figured it would be worth the wait. I was told I needed a new PCM (computer) but had to be done through the dealer. It was a special order part and non refundable. So I took it in to the dealer and had them do what was recommended by Premier only to find out that it wasn’t the PCM and that it was just a pinched wire. I now have $2,200 into a single wire. I asked if Premier Auto would at least refund some of the labour costs which were minimal in the grand scheme of things but was told “there was nothing they could do”I gave two stars because they were friendly.

Great experience everytime. Highly reccommended. You know your not going to be riped off, Jerry works.with you and explains things well when something needs to be fixed. Jerry is awesome, professional and not your regular mechanic. Jerry also stands by his work if something happends (which i have never seen before) My boyfriend and his family have been going to Jerry for years. Also his wife is super sweet and always cheerful when you go in. They make a good team :)Thanks Premier Automotive!

Called to have some wheel bearings installed on my car, I was informed they will NOT install my parts. You HAVE to pay their prices on parts if you want service.. claim they have to pay the parts guy with the money made from the parts.Never going here, EVER...

Exceeds all expectations. After getting some poor service at the frontline of my auto dealership, I was hesitant to trust a local mechanic with my car. In my 30 years of owning cars, I have always dealer maintained. Gerry and his wife both exceeded all my expectations. The quality of his work, his exceptional advice on what to watch for, the phone is always answered quickly and if you need to talk to Gerry, he’s always there. He’ll stay late if you need him. He is the first and only mechanic to ever offer to show me the damaged parts that he is fixing or replacing and explain to me how my engine runs. I will forever be loyal for all my vehicles moving forward. His prices are competitive if not better, he goes the extra mile to find you the the best part for the best price.

I'm rating premier automotive 5 stars for excellent customer service, excellent mechanical service and excellent price. My brakes are working great now and my dashboard isn't lite up light a Christmas tree. :)

I was there 2 times for my new car. First time for completed coating using Corrosion Free products, second one for the first oil changing. My experience was great for both times. Reasonable & transparent pricing, no hidden fee, friendly and knowledgeable people! That’s now my go-to place for anything related to cars.

Tired of looking all over town for an 'honest' mechanic to fix only what is actually broken on your vehicle ? Yep, I was too. Booked my appointment for service, started the work on-time, asked for the OK before fixing anything -and- actually fixed only what needed to be fixed, charged a reasonable amount for labour and I don't feel like I got ripped off like I had felt at some other repair shops in town. I will be referring my friends.

Top quality work along with very fair pricing and great customer service. I'd definitely be recommend this place with full confidence every time.- Update from latest visit in November 2021: Again, and as usual, perfect on all counts. My 2006 Accord's brakes have never been smoother.
