Poor management. Not organized business. in this day and age it doesn't matter if I was a former client. You should treat everyone as if they are a potential client. Word of mouth is everything.

I would highly recommend Mapleton Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home! They were extremely professional and accommodating, and I enjoyed every step of the process. Their workmanship is top notch, and they really care about their customers. I couldn’t’ be happier with my decision to build with Mapleton!

Even after 1.5 years, we are still waiting for grading and sod installation. The builder is not yet giving a timeline when it would be completed. Very unsatisfied now dealing with them and frustrating to realize that we are unable to enjoy our property well.

This company put up a barbed wire fence around a neighbourhood park and blocked off one of the entrances and exits. Completely has created an unsafe area for kids. This company does not represent families.

Hey, I worked with these guys for nearly a year, and you know you're getting quality with them as they pay their trades on time and form close relationships, and you can see this in the quality of homes!The owner is a great, friendly guy and you won't be intimidated going through the process!

We purchased a new home from Mapleton Homes, and we must say that after building 5 previous homes in various locations over 25 years, the Mapleton quality was the best investment and best built home we have ever purchased. We built from one of their many luxurious plans, and the impressive bungalow layout was exactly what we were looking for as we downsized. The company, from the President on down are responsive, courteous, transparent and most importantly, professional and dedicated to building a quality home. The attention to detail was second to none, they were accommodating to the extras we required, and insured that the home was delivered to our specific standards, on time and and as promised. We would highly recommend Mapleton Homes as one of the top builders in the London, On area for quality, value and a long lasting home .

It has been the worst experience, they don't have customer service at all, after 11 months of buying the property they haven't fixed the small pending things, basically, they took my money and run away. (Sewage pipes didn't work for weeks and it happened back on the very first day, stains on the living room floor, chipped tile in the kitchen, a dent in the laundry door, overflow in the main bathroom, some drywall issues on the main floor, garage door keypad not working since the first day and furnace hasn't been working for 3 days now, those are some of the issues.

We chose Mapleton Homes to build our house and it was a choice that you can’t go wrong with!! Mapleton did an incredible job from customizing the floorplan all the way to choosing the faucets. Keep in mind that this was done in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and my hat goes off to the team at Mapleton for being able to build this house on time while we were expecting lengthy delays.I wouldn't choose any other builder to build my house. The whole team was easy to work with and they were very accommodating with our requests. Mapleton included us in every step of the way which made this process very easy. I think that Mapleton has one of the highest standards in the business because we have seen many houses by other builders, but they were no match to what Mapleton was offering and this was one of the main reasons why we chose Mapleton as our builder.As stressful as building a house may sound, Tanner actually made it look like a walk in the park especially with the vast number of selections that a homeowner has to go through and it made our lives so much easier knowing that there is someone dedicated to answering all of our questions and concerns as well as providing feedback and suggestions for our custom home. So, Thank you Tanner for your extreme professionalism through out the process!A HUGE shout out goes to Mark Morningstar and Tanner Scarpelli. Without Mark’s help we would not have been able to secure a lot and build our custom home on. Mark is truly the most genuine realtor I have come across to date and I recommend him to anyone even if you are not building through Mapleton.
