I have had an amazing experience with universal medical ID Canada, the site is very easy to navigate and the massive amount of different options available to choose from is incredible! I have now ordered 4 different types of bracelets and I love each and everyone of them and it’s great because I can switch them out as I want! The pricing is really really good and the quality of the different products is awesome!I will absolutely recommend universal medical ID Canada to all of my friends and family and anyone who may ask about my bracelets!

The website was easy to navigate. There are multiple choices in each category so there is something for everyone at every price point.I picked the large stainless steel dog tag which was made & delivered quicker than I expected. The tag itself is substantial along with choosing the heavy chain. Making for a weighty combination that doesn't look or feel cheap in any way. I couldn't be happier.

I am very pleased with my medical I.D. Bracelet! The fit is perfect and it’s good quality. Customer service was quick to respond to inquiries.

The product looks good and price fair, but communication is poor. I ordered on June 23rd, no order summary sent by email. I paid to have it made in one day, on June 27th I get an email that says it is being made and will ship soon". I have no detailed summary of the order."

On the surface it appears like they provide a range of very high-quality products. I was very excited to receive my bracelet, which looked just like the images shown. From here, things went downhill. I noticed some paint spillage between the silver and blank links, which was extremely disappointing. Furthermore, this bracelet is clearly not made for every day wear and tear. Within the first couple days I noticed visible scratches on the paint. As a medical alert bracelet, which should ideally be worn as much as possible, this is clearly not something you'd want. Upon requesting a refund, they informed me I'd need to pay for my own shipping as well. I don't know if its a terrible policy on their part, or just the fact they're used to so many refunds and need to recoup the cost somehow. Regardless, I can't in good faith recommend their bracelets to anyone.

The ordering process was very easy to do and I get updates on the progress of the order. Very expedient too!

Easy enough to place order. Would have preferred to have form to fill out with contact info and phone #. Overall I am pleased
