Drissia was an amazing helper with my shopping today, she helped me find a great amount of products in very little time. The fact that the staff is bilingual is great too since they can help customers who speak both English and French. The products are great and the store is very welcoming. 10/10 would recommend shopping here all the time.

Just came out of Healthy planet and I have to say this was the best service I received in a retail store in a very long time. Dricia (sorry if I spelt that wrong) was super helpful, walked me through the store to find all the products I needed and all the best deals. She was very informative about each product and knew her stuff! Her colleague Nikki was also helpful to find a product I was looking for. Great staff and experience at this healthy plane location. Highly recommend!

This review is regarding the healthy planet canada website service not necessarily the store.I ordered several times from their website. Always had good service.However my last order they send me basically expired protein powder and refused to refund, exchange or give my any kind of credit.I have sent several emails and same answer.Cannot recommend this company no more sorry.

I absolutely love going to purchase all my supplements at Healthy Planet Train yards. The staff is always so knowledgeable and being fresh out of my Holistic Nutrition Diploma, they always love listening and adding to my knowledge so I can buy the best products.Today, Drissna approached me as I was looking vaguely some products, asked me what I was looking for and the very important « Why » question that I appreciated. She mentioned a few products that could help me and explained to me in detail how it can help, along with some of her personal lifestyle change suggestions that have worked for her.She was lovely and i can’t wait to go back and provide her with an update!

I have heard about the benefits of some vitamins and oils that could help me and my children and I was so happy I decided to go to Healthy Planet Trainyards! I was greeted by their nutritionist Rania that took me through step by step on their products and their benefits. She is very insightful and super friendly. I will definitely be going back there for more!

Always have such a wonderful experience shopping at Healthy Planet - Trainyards. They have the biggest variety of vegan and vegetarian specialty items at very reasonable prices. The best I have found in Ottawa. Staff is always very helpful and kind and there is ample parking right outside. Will most definitely continue to do my shopping here and highly recommend!

Amazing selection of items and great prices. I spoke with Rainia about supplements and vitams and minerals and she clearly knows her stuff. She picked up the packages and was able to explain every ingredient and it's benefits.Would highly recommend!
