My father and I visited the Birchmount location to check on his hearing aid settings. Alison was sitting in for Ben Friday Jun 30, 2023. She was very nice and patient with my father all through the test. She adjusted the settings and explained why it was necessary. Her professionalism and excellent communication skills are greatly appreciated. Also, the receptionist, Ms Dong, was very helpful in finding us an appointment. Thank you! A Lau

Thank you for the experience I been to listen up before however, Benjamin Chan service follow up and experience is excellent. He takes good care of his patients and follow ups with everyone he is a little busy but I understand why. Thank you for helping me hear well again. His prices are fair as well.
