Well let's be honest, we have all had a massage before, some by professionals, and some by your partner.After my first experience with Laila, now I know I have finally had a true massage.Our muscles can get sore with trauma, or overuse, etc. But also when there is disruption of nerve communication, this can cause stiff muscles as well. They will continue to go back to being stiff unless you correct the problem with your skeletal structure.By touch only, Laila was able to find a few issues causing my regular discomfort, and show me how to alleviate them with some stretches, personal for me.I won't hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.A very genuine person, Thanks Again Laila!!!

She is very nice and knowledgable.She identified some issues I was not aware of and provided solutions, stretches and referrals to other services that might support me. She was able to release a lot of muscle tension, spent substantive extra time with me, and provided me with stretches to support the issues I am having.

Laila is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and full of wisdom. She has a lot of knowledge about how the body works and is present in her massage, providing a custom treatment. She identified alignment issues I was aware of (but had not shared with her) within a few minutes and provided solutions, stretches and referrals to other services that might support me. It was my birthday and I had taken a chance on a new place as my massage therapist cancelled my appointment last minute. I feel as though I was given a very special birthday gift to have met Laila and received a treatment from her.

I had a lovely experience with Laila. She went above and beyond with her massage and explaining what stretches I can do daily to relieve sore muscles. We were in Edmonton for the holidays but I wish we live closer, so I go to her regularly.Definitely would recommend her services.

Laila is a gifted RMT, I can say that based on having chronic car accident injuries and been to a couple thousand massage apointments, some 100+ therapists across 3 provinces.Laila is a good listener during assessment and to your body, she is thorough, very effective at massage, knows physiology and importantly is a true professional working in her purpose to help you.During and after session she is well versed in showing strength and flexibility exercises to ensure long term improvement.Besides all that, she will fill you wth positivity - such a joyful person!I am grateful after each session.
