I went today for the 1st time .It was a great experience. Receptionists were very pleasant and welcoming. The young fellow doung the testing was pleasant and explained what he was doing. The doctor was fantastic. She was very nice and explained everything to me .I didn't feel rushed at all. I will definitely be back again.

We started coming to this location for our son because it's close to his day care. We were really impressed by the customer service, the interaction between the optometrist and our son, and the ease of booking appointments. I recently switched to this location as well due to the positive experiences we have had here.

Amazing service, lovely people! Dr. Celine Lai-Tong was absolutely the best. Had thorough answer to every single question myself and my fiancee had and made us feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Dr. Celine Lai-Tong was great with my baby! She was patient, fun (sang a mini concert to keep my baby focused during the tests) and addressed all my questions and concerns. We will be coming back!

Dr. Lai-Tong completed an eye test for my partner and assisted with choosing his 2 pairs of perscription safety glasses. During the entire test she was so welcoming and answered any questions we had. Since we had enjoyed our time here for his test, I decided to come to Dr. Lai-Tong as well and recieved the same kind treatment today. Dr. Lai-Tong and her staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lai-Tong is very knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciated her explaining the details of the examination as well as my options for eyewear. The staff were very helpful when picking out my eyeglasses. I would highly recommend Red Cedar Optical.

Dr. Celine Lai-Tong and her staff are incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. I was at the optometry yesterday do to an eye exam with Dr. Lai-Tong. Unlike other optometrists I've been seen, Dr. Lai-Tong kindly walked me through the procedures, thoroughly explained the tests being conducted, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the exam. I appreciated how she offered to answer any questions I had (which isn't something you can always get from doctors who seem to be in a hurry to see the next patient). The clinic, as well as the equipments, is also really clean, new, and well-maintained.Many thanks to Dr. Lai-Tong and her staff for a wonderful experience!
