I recently went to NexGen for my hearing needs, and I was impressed by the warm welcome I received from Bonnie and Crystal on my visits, and the care that Dr. Tom Millar took with me to check my hearing, learn the history of what caused my hearing loss, and recommend the most comfortable hearing aids I've ever worn (I forget I'm wearing them). I really appreciated the opportunity to test drive a set before purchase as well. I highly recommend NexGen for their kindness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile for their clients.

Went there for a hearing test and walked out fully educated on my situation. Would highly recommend Dr. Millar as his knowledge far exceeded other hearing clinics that I've been to in the past. Very friendly and approachable staff.

Tom & Bonnie were very helpful in helping us through the whole process of replacing a set of hearing aids. Tom provided a timely estimate and an appointment was made to accommodate our schedule. Their efficient service is very much appreciated. They are always there to answer questions and help out as required. Definitely a great place for your hearing needs.

Nexgen West Kelowna were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Tom was very professional and took time and care both with the hearing tests and in explaining the results. I can only highly recommend them.

Tom is so helpful and explains clearly. He answers our questions and makes sure we understand. He takes his time to make sure you get exactly what you need and that it fits and works properly. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly as well. Tom and his staff make you feel welcome and go the extra bit to help you. My husband bought his first hearing aid set from Tom and because of Tom's knowledge and the service we received, we returned to him at NexGen to get a new set.

Tom and his staff are some of the most qualified and friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, I never knew how impaired my hereing was until I got my new hereing aids, made the world of difference to me and my family, if you have a problem with hereing there is no better place in B.C. then Tom's clinic.

Dr. Tom Millar is so kind hearted and understands that getting hearing aids can be very sensitive to people. In my consultation he took the time ( 1 hour) to explained every possibly and we came up with a solution. He was thorough with my hearing test. He was happy to write a report and send it to my doctor. (no charge) When I went in to pick up my my hearing aids, again he spent the time to explain how to put them in, downloaded my App and booked my 2 week appointment. I have been in twice to asked for help and they were more than happy. I'm trying to get use to them.The office staff are very helpful and know me well now. lolThey all care.

Very positive experience today when I visited for a hearing test. Everyone was very friendly, and very professional. Tom was very patient and thorough and explained the results in a way I could understand. I highly recommend NexGen hearing.

We recently have visited NexGen hearing in West Kelowna. I would just like to write what a nice experience it was.It all started with stopping in to ask a few questions about my husband's existing hearing aids that weren't working properly. We spoke with Bonnie and she was extremely helpful and ran a few tests and exchanged some wires , batteries etc. When she realized the hearing aids were given to my husband and never programmed to his hearing she suggested an appointment with Tom.Tom spent two hours with both my husband and myself and got the hearing aids set up and working perfectly. He takes so much time to listen to you and to go through everything with you.We have been back and he has again spent time with us to tweek one hearing aid a bit and then to set up a TV remote for the hearing aid that was given to us.I can't say enough about the great service and all around genuine care Tom and Bonnie show.My husband has not heard this good in YEARS! We both want to thank you.We are now heading out for a walk on this beautiful day and we will BOTH hear the sound of the birds singing, which he has not heard in about 30 years :)
