Fantastic experience with this camera store. Ordered billingham bag online and it was shipped within hrs of me ordering. Delivery was quick and item was well packaged and in perfect shape. Updated tracking as well. Great experience, will order again.

A big thank you to Henry who arranged to have their last Canon 90D transferred from their Surrey location to this one for my fiancé to pick up. He was easy to communicate with, quick to organize the transfer (it was picked up and moved over that same day for me to get it), courteous and knowledgeable when my fiancé came in. We originally were going to buy from a camera store on the North Shore but their customer service was very disappointing when I asked to have their 90D moved from another location with the intention purchasing it that day. That was not the case with Broadway Camera and in the future I will definitely be back to support their business!

Wasn’t informed of final sale policy only to be told smugly by the person on the phone that “they only sell new products”. I tried to return two days later a BRAND NEW UNUSED PRODUCT. Staff member was smug and a little too happy to say that. YIKES.

I asked the rep if he could tell me anything about two cameras, Panasonic S5 and Fujifilm x-s20, and he said we don't sell that camera" for both models. Both units are listed on their website

I always have good experiences here. Everyone is friendly, extremely knowledgable and loves photography. I was helped by Henry who provided all the information I needed to enjoy my new Sony 85mm lens. He also volunteered as a model to help me test the lens! Thanks Henry and team!

I can't for the life of me remember the name of the man who helped me out here yesterday, but he was so so kind. I bought a pack of portra 400 film here yesterday and the man who sold me the film was incredibly chatty, friendly, and really knew his stuff. My experience at this store was wonderful thanks to this guy, and I for sure know where I'll be going from now on to get my film. Thank you so much!

In March 2017 I experienced a reproachable level of customer service from Broadway Camera Landsdowne Mall that compelled me to re-think my loyalty to the franchise. But Wilson the Customer Service Manager handled the situation well and the offending parties were dealt with. Weeks after the incident, I met with Peter from the Vancouver location and he was able to assess my needs and help me to find the right camera lens for my kit. His service was A+ ...Thank you Peter and Wilson. You have affirmed my trust in Broadway Camera again. I look forward to sharing you with my photography crew.
