Took a large duffel bag to Grimard for wheel replacement. They replaced the wheels in a timely manner at the agreed price.Grimard is an authorized repair shop for my luggage brand. I am from the states but will always bring my luggage to Grimard, in Montréal, if it requires service. Their work is quality and they do what they say they'll do.

I left my luggage somesonite for hinge renewal. After two weeks they even had not ordered the spare parts and insisted in that somesonite will call me to offer a new luggage. I wanted only repair the hinges, this operation usually take 1 hour in other somesonite repair shop …. After two week I had to pick up my luggage in the same conditions than I left it.Terrible service !!

The most amazing service! They are extremely kind and professional— i brought in my suitcase which had a broken wheel, the corner of my suitcase was torn and impossible to fix.. except they were able to reconstruct and fix it. And not only that but they were able to do it in time for my flight!! Recommend 100% . This will be my go to place for all travel luggage /bags . They’re in store collection of suitcases is also really nice!
