4Cats Arts Studio (Edgedale Drive)

Me and my partner booked a clay session to make froggy jars a few weeks ago! The studio is beautiful and has a very warm and inviting environment to it. The staff made us feel very comfortable and helped us when we got stuck on any of the instructions. We had actually booked this session for a few days prior to that but had to reschedule. They were extremely accommodating and re booked us for a day that worked better as it still fell within their cancellation policy! I will definitely be coming back to paint our previously made jars, and make more clay creations in the future! Would very much recommend to all my friends and family! :)

I had the most amazing experience at 4Cats! My girlfriend and I decided on a whim to book here for something different. The studio is lovely, clean and an inviting space. The staff were so helpful (I am not super creative) and answered any questions I had.Would highly recommend and will be coming back!!

Had a great girls night with some friends during the holidays. The session was well planned, the instructional video made the process so easy, and Maryam was great at providing additional guidance when we had questions. Will 100% be going back in the future!

Will never go to this business or support as they are unable to treat people properly!! Please DONT support this Business get craft supplies/pain pottery elsewhere! Very indecent treatment!

I love this studio so much! Every time I take my children here we have an amazing time. The staff is so helpful and cheerful. We have had a few hiccups with appointments in the past and the studio has been so accommodating and kind, especially despite the struggles with the pandemic. My kids and I love coming here and will continue to!

Purchased one of their services as a gift for my mom and nana for mother’s day, my nana suddenly broke her wrist was obviously unable to attend or do the pottery activity we had planned. When we tried calling and emailed for a couple days prior to our booked time slot we didn’t get any response and when we finally did get a response they said there was nothing they could do for us. We wanted to initially change the time or see if somebody else could take her spot and when we got no response we then asked if they would consider a partial or full refund and we were told no because we didn’t give 48 hours notice. Maybe if they had a better way to be contacted other than email we would have been able to provide 48 hour notice. Either way they refused to do anything for us even though our elderly family member had become disabled and unable to participate in their activity.. very disappointed in their customer service.

Attended a workshop with my mother as an early Mother's day gift- we both had a great time. Fun activity, attentive staff, and great atmosphere. Will consider coming back.

We have been bringing our 3 kids here for programs and camps since the Evanston location shut down. The staff is absolutely amazing and the projects so fun! We have seen our childrens manual dexterity and creativity explode since attending this studio! A real gem of a safe and exploration space.

We went for a birthday party and they were great. They don't answer phone calls but email is a good way to contact them. The room has work station around on the wall and there's clear screens between seats if you need extra protection. We did clay session and I don't think the room is arranged for proper party/eating. All kids and adults enjoyed the craft a lot. They said they would request vaccine paper but no one checked ours upon arrival. Overall a great neighbourhood destination for art and craft.

I booked my daughter's birthday party for 14 kids. I thought it was well priced for an hour of activity for that many people. I had asked for the instructors to wear masks, keep the door propped open and I brought a portable hepa filter to use, and all of my requests were respectfully accommodated. I was so grateful for these extra layers of protection for me to feel safer about covid transmission. On top of that, our instructor Blue Jay was phenomenal, and ran the party with enthusiasm and kept things flowing very well. I was beyond impressed, and will certainly recommend 4Cats Edgedale to other parents!
