Very professional, impeccable service. Technician arrived on time and placed protective drop sheets on the hardwood, as well as corner protectors. Thorough vacuuming done before deep cleaning. Made very old tired carpets look like new. Highly recommend this company.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! STAY FAR AWAY! The technician who attended my home was negligent and failed to secure my front door. As a result the wind forced the door open violently and broke off my door. This caused damage to the door and to the lock ( which I am paying to fix). During this time rain entered my home causing water damage. The representatives from the company attempted to blame this on the construction of the door instead of taking responsibility for their actions. They showed no accountability for their actions. To this day I have seen no compensation or actions to make this situation right. I am currently communicating with the BBB and the civil resolutions tribunal. I have evidence to support my claim. For the sake of your property stay away from this business.

Great service and our carpets looked fantastic after they were cleaned. Alan showed up exactly when scheduled and was professional and efficient. He was more than happy to ensure we were completely satisfied with the end product before leaving the house and checked in again after 24 hours to ensure all was good.
