We had our entire windshield replaced this year and it just got chipped today. We called Speedy Auto Glass but they couldn't get us in for a week do the repair. I called Novus and in one hour my car was home and the windshield looks new again! You cannot even see evidence of where it was chipped. Amazing service, amazing results. Thank you Novus!!!

Had to replace my work truck windshield and they got me in very fast and did a good job on the replacement, I then had a chip in my personal vehicle and drove it straight there after it happened and he got me right in and repaired it on the spot, great service and very friendly. Would definitely recommend these guys!!

Just had a stone chip repair performed by this business. The gentleman was very polite and efficient, the repair was completed in about 35 minutes, I can not see any remnants of this chip, even though I was told there may be a darkening remaining. I am a very satisfied customer.

What fantastic service! Kim was a heaven sent angel that took such great care of me And my golden suv .. did a vacuum and removed all the old glass and added new glass, ordered and fixed within 24 hours! Even had it done on my work lunch break, and even offered a ride to make it to work and back if needed...I recommend this Brantford company and Kim for replacing your vehicle windows! Great price.. great service!

Huge crack appeared in my windshield 11:00 Friday morning, to go with an existing chip separate from the crack. Called around for pricing and availability and chose Novus based on speed, price, and expert knowledge of Eddie on the phone. By 4PM the same day I had a new windshield installed and drove home. Huge thank you to Eddie and Tom for their expertise and professionalism. Would definitely recommend Novus to anyone looking for auto glass.
