I purchased a hood vent made by Cyclone at one of their distributors - unfortunately it had a dent in it - when I called the company I purchased it from they did not seem to care and said it was under Warranty with the Manufacturer - while I was pretty upset - I figured I go ahead and call the Manufacturer - Cyclone resolved my issue within a day - I had spoken to Luke who took all my information and then spoke with Mike - who invited me to their location and gave me a complete exchange it was the least stressful transaction and the best customer service I have received in a long time. If you are looking for a great product backed up by excellent customer service I highly recommend Cyclone.

I upgraded the range hood of my newly built house by choosing Cyclone range hood. The mesh filter fails after one cycle of wash. I emailed Cyclone about it for replacement, the lady in warranty team, called Stephanie, tried to sell me the baffle filters with much higher price than the market.There is no instruction about how to clean the mesh filter. Even the builder told me that they are dishwasher safe. For the low-quality filter as shown in the picture, the company try to let me pay shipping cost for replacement. The company are doing terrible and try to convince you that they have provided best service. Worst experience ever...

I purchased the SCB715 from Appliance Canada and it arrived damaged. I contacted Appliance Canada's service department and I was quickly directed to Stephanie Balogh at Cyclone's Head Office in Toronto. As time is always of the essence to get renovations completed I went to their location where a replacement fan was hand-picked" for me

For the issue I was experiencing, I required some technical support.The person that I spoke with (Mike) was fantastic. He openly offered advice and options to resolve my issue. I received the part that I ordered promptly, including an email with instructions to install. The result was a successful install with the correct part. Great support Mike!

One of my range hood lights went out so I contacted Cyclone to guide me as to what to do and what type of bulb was required. They responded promptly with comprehensive instructions and even gave me options for the bulbs if I could not go to their shop. They provided light bulb specs and even a link to one of the big box stores showing what item was requiredI went to the big box store and showed the link and they were able to give me the exact product and advised me how to do it. I was so proud of myself that I could do this on my own. Cyclone also does have service and deliver options if you want to go that route. Very pleased with CycloneMaryToronto

I had an old Cyclone CM300B22 Automatic Booster Fan that had stopped working due to damage and a burnt out motor. Thanks to Mike at Tech Support/Service, I received instructions and a replacement motor with other repair parts within a day.

As everyone knows, taking on a house renovation is stressful enough but during a pandemic and from another country is a whole other level. At the 11th hour when I was told the insert hood I was advised to buy did not work for my kitchen, I cannot tell you how pleased I was to deal with Yimin at Cyclone who was responsive, knowledgeable and most importantly, kind enough to take back the model and authorize my refund, something he really didn't have to do! I was so pleased with the level of customer service that I would use Cyclone again if I could.

The Cyclone technician replaced my range hood. He was very pleasant and efficient. He came when promised. Worked very quickly and carefully. He even fixed a problem with our contractor's initial installation of the range hood. The kitchen was spotless when he left. I would recommend Cyclone to everyone.

Great quality hoods and even better customer service. They are truly a unicorn. Recently interacted with Mike at their customer service to fix a broken part. He is a true gentleman and even provided me guides for a DIY repair. I ended up requesting someone from Cyclone to repair it for us. Kirk came and fixed it in a jiffy. So impressed! I wish you all the best in your business.

I phoned Cyclone with an issue... My light and switches seemed to be cross-wired such that one wouldn't go on without the other. I thought I was looking at having to replace the control panel.I talked to Stephanie and when she saw the picture of the Control Panel I sent, she noticed that the second and third buttons were not sitting straight.She advised me to try wiggling and slightly turning them, with pliers, to see if they would pop out.Well, they did and now my range hood functions properly... all for free.Stephanie was patient, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and all-round a pleasure to work with. BONUS... she could talk English and I could understand her.
