Ted is awesome! He takes the time to explain (and re-explain) what is wrong with my vacuum. He also doesn't try to rip you off. With his thorough explanation I was able to save a lot of money. Also the best part is the he is also certified.

Most important to all of us during and after this pandemic ?! We as a community need to give local small businesses a chance. So my Dad did with this guy. We needed a second central vac hose. He was with in 5% of amazons price I found and made it for us within an hour of calling him for it. And on a Sunday. I see a few people leave bad reviews without their face or name attached. So I think they are BS. This guy was very nice and helpful.

Ted took the time to diagnostic and explain what was wrong was my central vac. Charges were reasonable and I only paid after I was allowed to verify that my vac worked. Not only that but Ted guarantees his work for 1 year!
