Tom is an exceptional agent. He is trustworthy and hard working in addition to having excellent understanding of different neighborhoods and their desirability in Ottawa. Because of Covid-19 we were not able to travel from US and had to purchase the property in Ottawa while being remote. W relied on Tom to show us various options via video conferencing. Tom was supper helpful and went above and beyond what is expected. He visited multiple properties and made recommendations including expected property value and selling price. With Tom's help, we were able to purchase the condo with competing bids for the unit. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be reaching out to Tom when time comes to purchase and sale in the future.

We worked with Tom to sell our condo and for the purchase of a new home. We were relatively new to the process, but he made things simple and easy. He kept us informed every step of the way which was very reassuring. We sold in no time thanks to his expertise and he guided us to a new home perfect for our needs. Tom really listened to what we wanted and also made sure we didn’t forget what we really needed.When a problem with an appliance popped up at the new house, he helped right away in getting it fixed and provided us with some great advice on how to handle the issue.Tom is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
