He is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.I was considering moving my cell account to Shaw but not now after he revised my plans to match Shaws offerings.I am still

I work in the mall and often go to the Source. The team there is absolutely amazing! They are all so kind and helpful and provide excellent customer service. They know the products they sell well and are usually able to answer my questions easily.Every single one of the team members have helped me in some way or another. I definitely prefer to buy the products through them as opposed to online or a different store.Adam spent a few hours over the course of a couple days trying to help me with a phone plan issue recently along with Erik and Steve (James).The manager Sebastian has a great team in place! I highly recommend every single one of them for any of your Tech/Cellphone needs!

Just got some iPhone 14+’s for an amazing deal! Shout out to James and Sebastian for their awesome help and for staying an hour after closing! They made us feel like friends and made the experience so fun. Will definitely be coming back!

Our experience at the Source exceeded our expectations. We had a complicated situation changing over our phones but Adam and Sebastian made it seem like a piece of cake! They are so knowledgeable, helpful and patient - and to top it of they made it a really enjoyable experience. If that wasn't enough, when they found out it was my birthday they gave me a case for my phone. Awesome service!

Great experience at The Source in Vernon, BC this weekend! Thanks so much to James Trupp for hooking us up with fabulous new phones! Thanks to Adam, Erik and James for figuring out why my phone was misbehaving and troubleshooting that issue with me so I could get everything moved off it to the new phone! Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable service from my primary support James .. who stayed late to get my phones talking to each other and also from his colleagues who helped! Highly recommend this store for your cellular and other electronic needs!

I super appreciated the assistance my mom and I received from JAMES at your Vernon store! Mom was assisted with the purchase of a set earbuds & JAMES inquired her about her phone plan, we had been discussing a switch for several weeks & It was because of JAMES that we retuned and purchased a new phone + switched providers, from there it just got better!

The Source Vernon store is great, has been my go to for over 7 years. They always have the info I require. Last visit with JAMES was super helpful.. not only regardingMy new cell but other tech info and equipment I would need. And with such wonderful customer service I had make a phone call regarding my cellphone .. he was more helpful then could be expected... Hats off to The Source and again Thank you James!Cheers Desi
