Snacklicious Boat
Absolutely best store, lots of different things like candy and teas and mix of Japanese and Chinese candy. Not expensive at all :). Excellent amount of candy to choose from and a large selection of teas, especially a premium kinds. I highly recommend a visit to this store for some goodies :)

DELICIOUS BUBBLE TEA!! Very cute store with a great variety of treats that you just don't see anywhere else! Also, the store owner (Lisa) is an absolute JOY

Visited several time. Amazing place, looks clean, and colorful. Family friendly, and the prices are pretty great. Some of the prices are even more competitive than those found in supermarket. Contain stuff suited for both the locals and east Asian. Worth a visit at the very least!

Cute little sweets shop with a wide variety of goods. Bubble tea was fantastic, as was the service! Would definitely go again.

Great selection of products for a fantastic price. Did my last minute Christmas gift shopping here and got a lot of goodies. A few things I wanted were sold out but they helped me find something similar to what I was looking for.
